  1. Ok I should have some pics for you guys buy this weekend as I have been super busy on the sliders and skids lately. Thanks, Marcel
  2. na even my first proto of the T/C plate I sent you is made out of 3/16" but you might have lost your envelope containing your template on where to drill
  3. mmmmm I wonder if UPS left them on the doorstep?
  4. J all the power to you. I have seen the pics of your pathy and you have quite the job ahead of you, but if your willing to spend YOUR time (sweat & hardwork) then I see nothing wrong with it and all the power to you. Don't let people get you down and have fun with the rebuild
  5. Hey guys here is the R50 T/C plate these will come with there own 1/4" bracket and 3 Rock Washers. and the bracket I have made it out of 1/4". The factory mounting just isn't strong enough to hold up as you can mount a plate underneath but it will let go under pressure. So my proto was made out of 3/16" but production is out of 1/4". Reason- I tested and the 3/16" held up just ok. 1/4" I'm comfortable with. Now they are Off to get coated all prices will be on my new site soon. Brackets will be galvanized gold colour. Thanks, Marcel
  6. Where's your pics of your plates? Just wondering as I have never seen them mounted Good job wheelin
  7. Yes you will and everyone else will be getting Rock Washers when they get the rest of there skids. If they don't want the rest of them then they can e-mail me and I'll send them out. I do have to say the Blue skids sure show up really nice for a picture I am out of commission this week but the t/c plates for the R50 are finished at the laser and I just have to form them. Then they will be finished and goto the coaters.
  8. Hey Trainman, Good to see the only Powdered Blue ones that I had mounted and ready for action.
  9. I have a solution for that round tubing without using any sticky tape
  10. Yup and gas went up in Barrel price so say this week or next it will go up again at the pumps .
  11. LE has Leather other then that there pretty much identical. Wifes 03 Pathy and we have never used premium fuel. We have driven an older Xterra and it was ok but a tad cramped, and a little under powered. Not to mention I do beleive it cannot pull as much as a pathy Rob can correct me if I'm wrong with the pre-05 models.
  12. They will be made out of square tubing and DOM tubing which if I cannot flatten just the TOP of the DOM tubing I will go with plan B. They have to be useful not just for Rocks.
  13. I'm not sure what LTL is? Just fill me in. The bumpers will be going by truck Freight so I have to look into that as most things ship UPS. The hidden winch mount and all my plates will go by UPS Ground. I usually ship on Fridays. New site is coming in the next little while so I have been busy on that as well. Old ones kinda getting to be a mess.
  14. Ok I can answer these. Turn signals- Yes they will. Fog Lights- I have something in the works soon with a company on lights. Fit 99.5-04- Yes as wifes pathy is a 03 Brush Guards- They will all come with a Hoop recovery Points- Yes 2 Rear Bumper- After I finish the Front Bumper and the sliders for the R50 Not sure of any type of design for for the rear yet as I am trying to set my goal on the front first. I hope this helps.
  15. The buper will be able to use my existing front plate. At least this is what I am trying incorporate. This way all my customers don't have to spend more money on a new plate. With this design you won't loose the aproach angle that comes with having a BlackPanther skidplate on there. Your existing front skids will all work perfectly with no Gap. I am really trying for a design that I have on paper to fab up. I am drawing it up then I will schedule in for the laser this week so hopefully it will be cut by Friday if not it will be the week after. We use our trucks and to loose any approach angle would not be good on the trails we go on. My existing front plates for the R50's all cover the rad to answer that. The bumper will be formed so that no skidplate is needed to cover a gap. As this is what I have been working on for the R50's So to answer Fueler's question that is a hidden winch mount for the R50's
  16. Hey guys/gals, Well I am going to get into making Front Winch mount Bumpers for the R50's and I will post pics in the next few weeks of a proto-type. I am posting this because I would like to know how many round about to make so I can order the steel. Even if it is 6 months I will still order the steel for all just becaues I'll keep in stock so I can keep my prices low. My goal is to have these ready by July or August but I might have them finished alot sooner, as my wife has kinda been on me for hers. So if I do 1 I my as well do a few more. BTW slider will be coming as well. Thanks,
  17. Just an update here. Non-Coated Sold Blue Kit is in stock Thanks guys,
  18. Hey finder we'll have to hook up this spring & summer and do some trails
  19. I wished I lived in Cali on some days. Well I live in the Center of Canada so shipping probably will be a tad more . Thanks,
  20. Sorry I was in the Hospital until late Friday so I haven't answered all my e-mail or any forum ?'s. Ok the last Black powder coated 10G kit has been sold now. I have the Blue and the non-coated left. I need your full address to give you a quote on shipping as I am not using FedEx anymore but I have been using the UPS store. FedEx was just way to many hidden charges that were doubling UPS shipping Fees. Thanks,
  21. For the front oil filter is what your talking about and I just remove the front plate. It's 6 bolts.
  22. mmm well there is a hole for the oil drain plug. I have one of the first gen's of skids on mine so I have a smaller hole there. The others have a larger hole but not extreme as I learnt the hardway as to why I have a smaller and offset drain access hole. Ok how many 10G left I have 1 Black Coated Kit left 1 Un-Coated kit left and 1 Blue Kit left this one add 10.00US extra as this kit was going to be for another purpose and the powder coating costed me 60 or $65 I can't remember. Anyways that purpose has now come & gone. Thanks,
  23. Woe there Mr.Stryker the 10G is a 1/32 less then 3/16. I would hardly say that the 10G is inadequate. The 10G is not being offered after I sell my existing stock as I just have no more room with expanding into both Generations of X's and WD21 Pathy's. Now starting slowly with sliders for the R50's first. Not to mention the T/C plates and winch mount for the R50's that are coming out soon. I have to test the winch mount this Spring but to let you guys know it's made out of 3/8" plate steel. The reason for the thickness that it can take the strain of a winch pull from the side. So I cannot offer so many types of thickness, like when I started out as I do this in house and keep stock for my prices stay reasonable. I would say if you O/R much then get the 3/16" but when I did my testing and trails I used the 10G Kit. The Intro price for my T/C plates will be around $165.00 Coated this comes with it's own 1/4" mounting bracket. I hope this shines some light on the topic a tad.
