Original Poster: you ever figure out what tow vehicle you getting?

Hmm hnonestly I have no idea. How do I determine if they are? Cracked boots? it only makes the noise when going with some momentum into a sharp turn

:coffee!: glad to know nothing is going to blow up many thanks As for the "tire bummp" if I go too quickly into a turn in 2wd when its dry out, feels like my tires in the front bump over something...not really badly but still noticeable. Im thinking it may just be because of the size of the vehicle and the force on the tires at that angle

We (finally) got a light dusting today, which wasnt much, but enough for me to stick the 4wdhi on. Noticed whenever i slowly take a turn, there is resistance and a bumping going on in the front...put it in 2wd and its just the usual tire bump that I get. With the 4wd on the tire bump i get is increased. Can't imagine this is normal any ideaS?

x3 x4 on the wondering about heavy duty springs in front..are they a safety hazard in any way (stupid quetion i know but gotta ask0 or just really stiff? Whenever the $$$ comes around i will be going the HD in front, HD (if i can fidn it) or MD in rear to stay on topic, OP this is an old post but your rig looks good!

Ill attest for the Escort power. My buddy has a 99 or 00 escort coupe 5 speed with the 2.0 litre mazda engine...thing f$#$ing moves for a 4 banger! Low clutch too. We've pushed it to about 100mph or so...hes on the 3rd tranny though after disinegrating the first one and locking the second one up in 3rd gear. lol

although I haven't personally driven one, id say the silverado/sierra 2500 hd. Personally like the looks of them and alot of people like em a good deal.
