  1. sue for defamation of character. HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE US OF BEING DISHONEST. lol.
  2. Check under the hood for wetness around the fuel hose clamps. Probably just a coincidence that it happened after getting it back from the shop.
  3. I'm guessing your tires aren't as stock as you thought they were. My guess is that you have something in the 215/60(75) or so range on an SE-V6 which came stock with 31x10.50 At any rate, something way too small as your speedometer is reading extremely slow.
  4. I got a ticket once for skipping a toll booth in a "Good To Go" lane, I really had no idea. I think the toll was $3 or something like that, and my ticket was $101.
  5. Definitely replace the belt again.
  6. the bracket that's on the factory center link will only work with the Nissan OEM steering damper, you generally have to get them off to run an aftermarket one like Rancho.
  7. I have them in the 33x10.50 flavor, truck weighs about 4500 and I always air down to ~15psi when wheeling. And I can relate to forward or down! haha.
  8. Sounds like a lot of work and money to not get gains that would make it worthwhile.
  9. What a weird post. The first one is the BFG All-Terrain KO, and the fourth one looks to be the original BFG Mud Terrain, 3 and 5 are some sort of highway terrain and not important. Oh wait! The fourth one isn't a Mud Terrain, it's a swamper radial.
  10. Both my 95's, XE and SE with factory alarm had an alarm horn as well. And it was actually an attention getter, surprisingly!
  11. California is extra strict with emissions, and he's replaced his TBI injection with MPFI, and I'm guessing he wants a 90 since they were the only available trucks that were 2 door with MPFI injection.
  12. Probably a Cali thing. I know my 95 is(was) a CA emissions compliant and I'm fairly certain it has a barcode.
  13. No, that's the data plate you're thinking of. He needs the emissions info with vacuum routing diagram (I'm assuming) which is generally affixed to the underside of the hood.
  14. I so rarely see a 2wd wd21 that I figure they just don't exist. A friend of mine just bought a 2wd wd22. I almost slapped her. What's the point?
  15. One heated mirror will work without the other. And switches were in the center console near the ebrake. One for each seat, if equipped. You can take the heating element out of the leather seats and install them in your cloth seats. That's what I plan to do if I ever find a set and feel motivated enough to snag the set up.
  16. Remove bolts holding it on, replace part, reinstall bolts holding it on. You can take a look in our wonderfully free and available FactoryServiceManual over in the garage section.
  17. You got a bit technical with it, so I just put it in plain english and it's definitely safe to assume that it's a 4wd, since they only made about.. what? 10 2wd pathfinders?
  18. There is a Technical Service Bulletin about the five speeds in these trucks needing to be over filled as Precise1 stated. You do this by filling it through the shifter plate on the top of the transmission.
  19. If my truck were equipped with an open diff from the factory, it would already have a lockrite or ezlocker in it. If your truck came equipped with a LSD from the factory which is now failed, you'll need to find an open third member to install a locker.
  20. I've heard of a 2 ball wear test, but a 4 ball test just sounds a bit too kinky.
  21. probably 3/4 drive. Also beware what the fluid is rated for. I think we can only use GL4 as anything newer will destroy the brass inside the transmission, and then you need a new one.
  22. I was disappointed when I got my 2001 Subaru and it didn't have heated mirrors like my 1995 Pathfinder, I looked in the Soob's owners manual and no mention along with turning the rear defroster did not heat up the glass, but when I actually needed the mirrors defogged, just having the heater control switch to defrost threw heat at the interior beauty piece that covered the mounting bolts and you could watch the glass defrost from the inside out. I'm probably going to the junkyard tomorrow so I'll take a peak at an early truck if there is one and see.
  23. Both my 95 XE and SE had heated side mirrors. If you want to check them, they come on with the rear defrost button. After a minute they should be warm to the touch.
