  1. well i just use some boshe blades, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. i really dont have to worry about blades freezing cause its hot as hell in texas, although in the winter it does get cold enough to freeze the dew that forms on the windshield. its cold enough for me, some times i feel sorry for you guys up north but then i rember you get snow, something we very very rarely get in houston.
  2. im poor right now but i did get enough money to buy a single 2" x 30, better than nothing when you get stuck tho
  3. 2.06 premium and 2.12 diesel, steep aint it?
  4. have you tried bribing the attendent?
  5. very very nice, eventualy ill get a set of those beauties and yes post tons of pics!
  6. isnt it 4x6s in the front and 5x7s in the back? Pioneers are nice Eclipse niceee! MB Quart Very NICE, never liked any sony speakers, you can prolly fit some 6x9s in the back with some trimming. Coaxials are nice easy replacements but Components alow you to put you tweets where you want them in thus raising of lowering you sound stage.
  7. oh god yes get it, its by far the best lift out there. if i had the loot id drop it so fast to get that lift and the steering upgrade among other things
  8. lol i was thinking about the same thing and was trying to figure out if you had a factory light bar or if you bought it
  9. hahahahhahahha trackers be some ugly vehicals especialy in the famed "pink" color
  10. well ive slept in the front seat, i pulle the seat up far enought and took off the head rest then laid the back of the seat down till the top of it is low enought to slip under the bottom of the rear seat. so its like one contious cousion and you can even use the head rest as a pillow. wasnt too great but its better than sleeping in the elements.
  11. brush guards will take "some"damage, when i had mine it prolly caused as much dmg as would have happened if i didnt have it. it pushed my radiator support back some so my bumper sags
  12. darn sorry to hear that, i dont like the stuff from AC anyways gives me another reason to hate the stuff
  13. if its alternator brackets count me TOO! ill send you uh... a tootsie roll?
  14. it depends on what your idea basic upgrades is. most ppl who come to this forum do some light wheelin and want to make it more trail worthy. not many if any come to drop it. basic upgrades could be like say: basic mantinence , tinting , improve audio, handling ect. sometimes you have to be specific and or use the SEARCH button to find information. remeber its a forum, a place to share information and ideas.
  15. whao 16" tires! those be some small tires
  16. looks better than the pilots to me
  17. stockers dont have pre amp outs so you would have to get some sort of adapter that creates pre amp outs. so the amp would get a signal. but it would be better to put in the clairon and hook it up the amp and subs. i doubt you could use the steering wheel switches
  18. how about the spent shell of this...
  19. eh computers are overrated oh yea and so are jeeps
  20. wow them prices be a deal around here. just for a rebuild its like 2300-3500 depending where you go. even a japanese used one goes for like 1300 cleaned and crated.
  21. i got 6 1/2s in my doors, used longer screws and also made a wood spacer to space it from the door.
  22. if that doesnt work you could go to the salvage yard and "barrow" a set from a junker. i believe some one fixed it by trimming the plastic square that surrounds the white shaft of the switch at the base of the assembly
  23. lol wont be long till we are up to that. every thing is gettting more expensive. a couple of years ago when that bad tropical storm came through, our house insurance tripled! can you say rediculous? then i got into 2 accidents, one my fault (couldnt see sun was in my eyes) and the other wasnt. some stipid %#@*# desided to pull out when i was almost in front of her and i slammed into her fender. now my insurance is like 309 a month just for liability! i guess thats what i get for being 18 and every accident being my fault. %$@* insurance chumps... in houston we have some of the worst drivers. today while down town some guy thought it would be a good idea to take a left turn from the center lane with traffic infront of us. the a week ago i was driving my pops dodge and a kind semitrailer thought it would be cool to merge right in to my lane with me next to him. good thing my pops truck has good brakes cause that semi trailer didnt even know i was there. and no i wasnt in a blind spot cause i could see him wistling away to the radio. some times i wish i had a tank
