  1. Thanks for the specs brother! We really appreciate it... NOW GET ON TO THOSE STRUT SPACER SPECS!!! ahahahaha PM me your addy too so I can send the Beers!
  2. I will personally send you a case of beer (or coupon for a case of beer) for your troubles if you send me the measurements! ;-)
  3. That looks flippin amazing dude! I'm jealous as hell!
  4. Is there a write up somewhere on here on how to change the belt?
  5. Wow!!! Thats amazing! Here is a pic of me hydrolocking my truck... Sans snorkel In the pic, I'm obviously being pulled out. I was in a bit deeper, but not much. It was mostly because I was tipped to the drivers side where the air box is. Since then I've re-routed the inlet on the box, but a snorkel is the next mod after the Bumper/winch :-D Any input on the one to buy would be awesome!
  6. Nice work Morpheus! Can't wait to see how it works for ya :-)
  7. well I found where it came from! The idler pulley for the AC belt. I removed the belt all together because the clutch bearing is seized. so the pulley must have been rattling around and fell off. Its amazing that the nut/bolt/washer all stayed with the truck after all the Mud days I've had. The pulley is gone though haha
  8. hahhaa No it didn't fall off with the washer and nut on it, they were both stuck in there in separate places. I put them back together. The Bolt is about 2 inches long, the head about 3/4". It does look like a tensioner bolt. I poked around and didn't see anything.
  9. Hey everyone, I found this stuck in the mud on top of my skid plate... any idear where it came from?
  10. really? I had a quick look at the angle on mine. It seems to have the same 45 at the back, just before the flange. But it was just a quick look. Here is the place I have bought some stuff of off (for another car I had). There stuff seems to be decent, especially for the price. It looks to have the same angle on it as the pic posted above though. The place is called ssautochrome.com
  11. So, I should be looking for a set of NA 300zx headers? The ports have the same positioning and the dump angle is the same? The only thing that needs modifying are the stud holes? isn't that as simple as reaming out the holes to accept bigger studs?
  12. Morpheus, I'm down for doing a SFD if you are! It looks pretty straight forward :-)
  13. can someone post some pics of Subframe drop Pathys? please and thanks
  14. Great Write up dude! I was waiting for someone to do this so I could change all my fluids.
  15. ohhh man, I need 2 new CV axles.. but I'm in Canada :-)
  16. Its funny you mention that.. I've noticed with my truck (98 Pathy auto) jumps into lower gears all the time even if theres a slight incline in the road. It drives me nuts. I know my tires aren't made for Hwy use at all, but I never thought it would make that much of a difference. Mine are only 31x10.5x15 MT Baja Claw (got talked into the smaller size due to the possibility of rubbing... its Nowhere close to rubbing) So if anyone knows how I can fix this problem, I'd be interested in giving it a shot as well :-)
  17. really? it took me over a month to get those Hubs back to them. If they would have just exchanged them for the Nissan ones I would have been over the moon. what was it $125 for a set of the premiums? haha Thanks Simon, I'll give them a look as well. But chances are, for the price I'll just go with the other guys
  18. 97 BUX! Ahhhh that means I have to shop with autopartsway again :-D I made a big deal about their warn hubs on the site, told them I wouldn't be back... Now I have to hahaha Oh well, anything to save a buck Once again, THANKS FLEURYS!
  19. you can get a complete strut mount kit from the dealer.. it was $400 and something Cdn, but you'll have peace of mind knowing its all brand new. My truck only had 150 000 kms so I opted for just the bearings.
  20. Does anyone have the CV shaft part number handy? I've looked all over the place and can't find it. The 13 year-olds at my local parts store have Effed up my order twice so far and I'm gonna try to do all I can do for them, short of going into the stock room and grabbing it myself haha
  21. When I did the lift, I used AC lift coils, KYB GR 2 Strut, Strut bearing (from dealer), Two (I tried one, not enough angle) Camber adjustment bolts (http://www.summitracing.com/search/?keyword=IEC-I-81260&dds=1 .... Best place to get them, two per box... thanks Fleurys!) and some spring compressors (you can rent/borrow those from most parts shops... I bought mine from a place called Princess Auto and returned them the next day ;-) haha
  22. someone please tell me the bearing can be changed with the compressor on the vehicle and that I don't need special tools :-D ...
  23. Hey guys, anyone have any tips for changing the AC compressor clutch bearing? Mine has been loud as hell since I went swimming with the truck. I figured I would get some advice from someone who's done it before I go tearing everything apart looking for it... I could take pics of the process if it help someone else later on down the road? (likely me when I sink the thing again) Thanks alot everyone!
  24. Would the 99-04 one mount up to a 98? Is it just the gap that makes the difference? I could live with the gap for the lower profile front end
