  1. Good to hear man! I'm hoping they haven't stopped my order because of this mess :-D
  2. PM a guy named dududuckling... he has just finished swapping all of his interior bulbs to LED's
  3. Ok so I raised the motor nice and slow, installed the last effin spacer block. Now I'm looking at doing my steering extension. I laid on the floor for a good 45 mins weighing the Pros and Cons of turning the steering rack. I'm gonna do it. I took the DS bracket off to make a new one, I'll let you dudes know how it goes.
  4. I'll see what Ican do.. If you guys hear some really loud Cussin', its just me removing the blocks again hahaa
  5. Ok dudes, I need you help! I got the blocks all in place and tightened up... and what do I see hangin out on my creeper? the DS engine mount block. Anyone have any bright idears that will keep me from lowering the subframe again? Lifting the engine a touch? So far I've tried swearing at it really loud... didn't do much
  6. Yeah it looks like it was just bad timing. We hadn't used this card in half a year, then BAM 30 minutes after I called in the info the old fashioned way, The bank calls and tells me about all these charges going onto the card. Someone must have had the card info for awhile and just started using it then. I'm not blaming coilsprings.com, but I also wanted to make sure you guys think its a decent place to do business hahaha
  7. So, I called in my Visa info to the coilsprings.com ladies and not even an hour later... $600 in @!*% gets charged to it. Stuff like Bikes and internet company stuff. Do we know that this place is legit? I'm a little worried about buying stuff from them now that this has happened
  8. Ok thanks guys! Terry I did tell them about you and Tyler, but he wasn't 100% on what you ordered.
  9. Does anyone know the stocks spring Part number? The guys at coilsprings.com wanna know that before they start my order
  10. ok awesome! Between the lift coils and the Rancho 9000's the rear end feels pretty stiff, and I don't get much, if any, sag when I load it down
  11. Oh ok, and 2x4 is too narrow for the front of the subframe? Could you use, 3x4 all around or would it not fit? I'm going over to my Fab guy's place tonight. I'll look to see what he's got and what I need to order. If he has the stuff lying around his shop he'll pretty much just give it to me.
  12. Now, if I bump my Subframe/Engine blocks and Strut spacers up to 2.5"x4" will that effect anything really? I'll have make the steering extension a bit longer of course, but is there anything else that would some up, that would be more work then its worth? Its just that my Fab guy has tons of 4" rectangle tube laying around, its just that much easier for him to make the blocks (if he hasn't already made them up)
  13. So, is the 160 lb spring rate comparable to the spring rate of the AC lift springs? I like the hard, "truck" feel of the stiffer springs
  14. awesome! what did you go with? what do I tell them when I order mine? tell them I want the same as what Terry or T4Morgan got?
  15. I would be interested in a set (2 rears) as well! Lemme know what deal you get hammered out!
  16. Yeah I think his is a 2000, so the second set of numbers are probably right!
  17. Hey everyone, does anyone know the part numbers for the Rancho Rs9000xl shocks? I'm looking for the ones that fit a lifted dodge durango. I also need the numbers for the KYB replacements for the Struts up front. I had them a while ago when I did my lift but lost the part numbers I had saved for future reference.
  18. I doubted you for sure! I also wanna see the Measuring tape beside the tire ;-)
  19. So what are we looking for as far a measurements? I'll go to the local 4x4 shop and measure the Jeep lift springs if I have to :-) Just ID and Overall length?
  20. yeah, I'll do that this week sometime and let you guys know! It doesn't seem to be causing a problem (considering its been going on for about 8 months) but its driving me nuts.
  21. I wish I could make the sound for you guys... its more of a sound and loose feeling. The truck itself doesn't wobble when I go over the little bumps, its more the steering wheel. It kind of feels like the pass. side front wheel wants to fall off hahaa Morpheus mentioned something about the front strut could be shot? Its hand to tell by pushing down on the front end, if I get it to move at all, it doesn't move enough to recreate the noise. Mostly due to the Lift springs. When I jack it up and shake the tire back and forth something sounds loose, but I can't see what it is
  22. man, I had a good look at all the balljoints/tierod ends and whatnot... I know whats going to happen here. I'm going to end up replacing the whole front end! hahha
  23. They look fine, and when I move the wheel is doesn't sound like its coming from there... it almost sounds like the bearings or something. But there is/was no squeeling.
  24. Hey guys! I've had this noise/wobble for a while now, could never figure out what it was. Someone told me to take a look at my steering rack bushings, and sure enough they were toast. So I installed new ones and the sound/wobble persists. Its really only on small bumps, like large cracks in the road, or driving through a field. Anyone have any idears? Thanks alot
  25. This is probably the best "Ghetto Snorkel" I've seen. Mind you, I don't think I'd make the visible section out of sh*t pipe. I'd probably find a piece of Polyurethane tubing. I'm not sure if it even COULD be routed the same way as this... the inner fender is probably different then the R50.
