You accelerate sub 2000 RPM? Man I'd hate to be behind you at a traffic light. But then again, my VG is weak as hell compared to the VQs.
Anyway, let us know how you built this. Show some pics. Very interested.

I'm running 15x8 with 3.75 BS and 31s. Rubbing is minimal, its rubs in the wheel well but not that much at all.
-
Welcome. Hope you were able to salvage those wheels on the Altima. They look untouched. Nice set. have fun the Pathy.
-
Hey Kelly, I stay on off Rainbow Blvd. near Blue Diamond. Welcome. I wonder how many people on here live in Nevada.
-
15x8 6 on 5.5 bolt circle, 4" backspace.
Or even go with 3.75" backspacing.

Doesn't Nissan usually use Clarion as their OEM audio systems? Or am I wrong?

300 HP and no LSD?!? Where are your priorities, man?
I was gonna say. Anyway Nice Pathy. I miss my 1995 S14. Bah!

Nice. I went to 4 Wheel Parts myself. Those Pro Comps look nice, I should've went with those. I took advantage of the BFG rebate. Friday is my big day. So excited..-bounce- -bounce- -bounce- -bounce-

How hard was it to remove the bolts? I tried but, they're stuck. Its like they welded themselves on. I'll probably give it a squirt of WD40.
-
Does it just go off spontaneously? If it does its usually a sign of something. My 240SX did that to me, I forgot what I changed? I think it was the battery.
-
What about 31s on 15x8 with 3.75? I was told they WILL NOT install them if they rub even a little and I would have to take them to Discount Tire. If that's the case, them I'm refunding the wheels and getting my set at DT.
-
So I stop by 4 Wheel Parts today to order some wheels and the guy says he might not be able to put them on since they might rub. I'll still be running my 30x9.5 for a while till I get the BFGs on Tuesday. Will it rub with that backspacing with 30s? Will it rub when I move up to the 31x10.50?

i like kenwood...thats all i've ever had...its affordable and i've never had problems with either of mine...
^ What he said. ^

he found when it was fully spooled it was cutting his synthetic line.....(the ARB Bumper that is)
personally i really like the tube bumpers, but i would like them better if the gaps were filled in....a little more protection....
Think of it this way. There's less wind resistance, which in turn allows for better fuel economy. Probably gain back all those mpgs lost due to bigger rubber.

Not too sure where to as this, didn't want to start another infamous tire thread but.
What's the biggest tire that can fit underneath an R50s spare tire compartment?
Getting tires and wheels, and thought maybe even getting a 5th set to replace my stock spare. Doesn't look good with a chrome spare with 3 black wheels rolling down the street. Never had to drop the spare tire to check the size (knock on wood), but I'm assuming its a 30.

ya i got myself and a friend (jeep grand cherokee) starting to see about putting some time into our trucks, now at this point cause of cost, i know a body lift would be cheaper, but for the sake of better performance would a body lift or suspension be the better choice at this point, anyone outta las vegas, nv or that particular area? nothin but dry stuff around us hehe
and thanks for the welcome
You're right about that. Nothing but dirt. I live around Blue Diamond / Rainbow area. Where you located?

FINALLY A V8! Every other competitor has a V8 option. Its about time.

"Got e-mail?" I got it.

Wow, I just tore mine off last week.

Nice... I was thinking, why didn't he just change the fuel and temp guage? I thought it would look better with it all changed.
Was it difficult to remove the cluster? A friend of mine pulled his off and painted the bulbs. Looked pretty sweet when he lit them up. I was thinking of doing the same.
I think we're all waiting for some night pics..

Backspacing wont hurt the anything on the truck right? e.g. Steering...
-
Hows 4" backspacing going to fit. I found a set on Discount Tire. Looks like a nice Xmas gift for all my hard work.
-
I think she was being facetious as well.
Word of the day...y'know.
I know, I know... I want a set of the skids, sliders too, just waiting for the front/rear bumbs to finish.. Saving a little here and there..

How about your spare tire pressure??? Do you have any stickers?
How is this relevant? Haha

Well, even if you allow the truck to shift at 3000RPM its still fairly decent. Its not break-your-neck speed. I feel 3000 is just right. 3500... well, that's a little more than needed to get off the line. sly
