  1. Update on this engine: This thing is running great. The water pump is constantly dripping but I haven’t had to add coolant yet. Mega huge difference between the amount of coolant my BHG was using... crazy. I definitely notice a small amount of extra low end power. Top end feels the same. It so nice not to have to constantly worry about overheating! I am warming back up to my Nissan. Good ole car.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. Nothing commercially available, and I don't think I've ever seen it done before. Definitely going to need to be custom unfortunately.

  4. Yeah, it was a suggestion. If I had to do it over again, I would have skipped the Titan and wd21 and just bought a manual transmission Frontier. I still sometimes think about selling the Titan and getting a newish frontier.

  6. While crawling underneath the truck yesterday, I noticed my radiator fan has a buttload of cracks along the housing, but still appears to be relatively intact. I'd obviously prefer that it not grenade under the hood, ever. A replacement fan (p/n 21060-6P000) runs about $100 from my normal online Nissan parts stores. But for that amount, I might as well go electric. Fans for the 3.0L/3.3L engines run significantly less, like $30. I have the 3.5L. Anybody know if it fits? It's a square 4-bolt pattern, so if anyone can take a peek and grab a bolt-to-bolt length (or if you just so happen to have a fan or clutch sitting around), that'd be appreciated. There might be enough space to get a measurement without removing anything. There are also some cheap-o electric fan options on eBay. Any experience with either these or brand name products?

  7. Here is a link of the Pathfinder with all engine parts in place, ready for the sand dune trip. A video of it climbing a couple dunes will be posted soon. My daughter videotaped it and needs to send it to me yet. I didnt get much of it due to me breaking my leg and seperating my ankle before I even got to drive it, so I gave the keys to my son Matt, and he blasted up a couple hills in 2WD and sprayed some sand for the camera, so that will be all I have until my clutch leg heals back up.
