Well, I've been digging for a while and not coming up with anything. Anyone here know where to get'em for a wd21? I have a huge ol' k&n cone that just loves it some puddles ... to choke on.

they are often called fender liners and sometimes called "inner fender"

Most people make their own as few original ones have survived this long and if they have, odds are you tear it trying to remove it.

 

You can use severaal types of material and you can buy the plastic fasteners at most auto parts stores...

I made mine out of a factory rubber mat for the cargo area of am Oldsmobile Bravada (S-series), Pliable for if you gotta move it but thick and durable so they be nice and strong like.

Do you need the entire guard, or just the part to cover the space between the guard and the frame?

If you mean the part between the guard and frame, get hold of some old truck or tractor tubes and use the rubber from that, they have a nice curve to make things fit nicely.
