Been working on trying to get to the #6 for over an hour now. Been using a universal, extensions, a mirror and light. Can see the plug in the mirror, just can get the extension to the right angle to get the socket on there.

Any tricks?

What sucks is I've done this already, but its been about 5 or 6 years.

Heck, I can't even give up on it and just leave it, 'cause I can't get the plug wire back on either.

Do you still have the tool kit under the rear seat? Those extensions are designed for changing the plugs...

I used a 6" ext. no swivels. You gotta hold ur tongue just right. Oh yeah, watch out for the sharp edges along the seam on the firewall. 4 small slices for me. I tried the tool kit, some tard overtightened the plug so I just stripped it out. I had to contort to get one hand back there to feel out the path for the socket. Best of luck bud! Oh yeah, get a 12 pack, you'll never get it when your pissed so take many beer breaks.

wow

your plugs are that old!?

Maybe its cause I have TBI and the intake manifold is allot smaller but I just take the air box off the top and I can get right back there.

There's supposed to be a tool kit?!!! I was considering myself lucky just having (most of) a floor under there.
