anyone know how to have PayPal try to get my money back? I won the dispute but on March 11, they couldnt get funds out of his account for the refund.

I did the paypal thing again and just like in march, they say his paypal is suspended and has no money in the account, therefore no refund for me. Im goin to go through Visa again to see what I can do.

The sites still up and PAYPAL is still accepting money

 

The second a penny gets sent to his account it should

immediately go to the people that have a claim against him.

 

And if he hasn't made good the NPORA logo should not be on his site...

Isn't that like an endorsement of L&P's products?

 

NPORA logo should be a copy-write..... right?

FOr me, when I was sending email after email, I think he blocked my email address. As soon as I used another address I got results. Try that. See if that works for you.
