I have seen a heep go muddin then take it to one of those self-wash dealies with the power washer, shoot that engine degreaser all over it then spray away!! It came out lookin almost new ( you might have to use a rag and actually wipe down some areas. I have never used a pwer washer I barely rinsed my engine once just with teh garden hose just to get the mud off and it almost did not start so I got a bit weiry of washing my engine.
