  1. I am interested in the lift -- however am in no great hurry to get one... I'd like to see how the test drivers do... and go from there.
  2. v6 - the bullbar? There would be a line up of people stateside interested if there is... seeing as TJM doesnt make them anymore, and ARB is only for the 99.5+, and it's expensivo!
  3. :o WHITE POLLUTION!!!
  4. The cold does affect your milage... mine goes south when the temps drop. The rack will also cause you some added drag
  5. We learned @ ECXC last year it doesnt take a big puddle to suck up water & hydrolock a truck if you hit it at the right speed. (not personally, but someone we know) Wow, Geordie's set up is pretty nice!
  6. Hi there -- welcome to the board! Unfortunately TJM doesnt make the Bumpers for the R50's anymore... nor do they have any intention of making more. There are none of the black ones -- but a few shops still have the aluminum ones... as for the hubs, I know www.4x4parts.com has the warn premium hubs for $150 USD... Ive also seen them on ebay a few times.

  10. I am so NOT on that bandwagon. No thanks...
  11. Welcome back... Hope your wife & her dad are doing ok.. and those darn Ontarians are good to her
  12. Well I ran the wire to mine from the back hatch... it sits under my basket in the summer, so yeah - I do have to pack around it when I use the rack for camping gear, but it's never really been an issue.
  13. I would have said stick with ethe pathy also... but if you dont trust it - that's an entirely different story... I'd rather wheel a truck thats a few years old, than a brand new X...
  14. I have heard the higher up you put it the better... also in the case of mine, its a magnamount - so its in the center of my roof, high as it's gonna get, and also it 'supposably' will use the surface of my roof to reflect radio waves & help w/ reception.. Although that might be a complete line of crap.
  15. He wants to hear from 05+ owners... and their opinions please.

    sliders

As vengeful noted, Shrockworks makes them with round tubing -- we have a set on the Xterra... Hubby likes the round as it's easier to use for a highlift point, no matter what angle your truck is stuck on... Sliders sticking out: I know he has also used his to round a corner where there is a big rock on the inside, and because of the sliders was able to use them, instead of worrying about the side of his truck. We need sliders for my pathy, before I go playing smashup derby with my rockers... as nice as it would be to have round tubing, I'll likley go with square, simply because it's easier. (no pipe bender for that size)

    Hello again

Show us some pics!!! Yeah -- I had been thinking about tees lately too...
  18. Already done, they were 2x the size they are now... also a few extra posts were deleted, I think we get the idea... the pics were big!
  19. Tow hook (or tabs?) are from what I can tell are the same on mine (99.5) as the 96-99's, as that is where my TJM mounted on... pics are in my Bumper install pics: http://www.muddynissan.com/photos/pathy_tjm/
