  1. um ok... but it really wasnt much work for us to help him out... and now he gets an idea at least... Although -- you'll probably have to see your pathy in person without them to fully decide if you like it... I personally couldnt care less about having them (and if you ever offroad -- you def want them off)... Just think when the weather is crappy, and your truck all wet/messy, the backs of your pants stay cleaner without them!
  2. If they are anything like the step rails on the rest of Nissan's trucks, you have a pretty easy job ahead of you.... I'd say save your $$ and have a looksie under the truck.
  3. The one that system-f put together also drops the other parts of the truck, so the angles are not compromised... info here
  4. here's a couple of my path back when it was a stocker... Mine didnt come with step rails...
  5. *adds* People leaving behind garbage, truck parts and even worse empty beer bottles and such. People with no camping skills, leaving behind trash, and waste @ and around the campsite. Why is it so hard for people to clean up after themselves... I go out to camp, because I like the outdoors & nature, not because I like sitting amongst garbage, and landmines of human waste everywhere. People cutting their own trails. Drinking & wheeling - not smart, and not a good showing to outsiders. People not respecting personal property. So much of this is common sense.

  7. Actually Runnerman, I believe it's set up so your CV's dont have the angle like they do for other lifts...
  8. From what I hear (from the thread on the AC board), it is not recommended... I have the same issue.
  9. Yeah - it's a shame about the Rubicon, Ive seen pics - and it looks awesome... Ive also read about how people dont respect the land - and how it's faces closure - friggin brilliant
  10. yuup... there are threads on JK and NTC about that closing.
  11. Hey there -- welcome to the board... looks like a lot of shovelling!
  12. Yeah, it's pretty simple, -- Pick up the seals @ a dealer - theyre pretty cheap. Going from memory (which is kinda sketchy) they were about $16 cdn.
  13. http://npora.ipbhost.com//index.php?showtopic=5272 DJ Dank has some black ones left I was looking into getting more done, but I have chronic ADD and forgot all... hey look a treasure chest!

Hi there, I dont know too much about the fogs - I as looking into doing the same when I had the stock bumper... check ebay - I've seen quite a few sets up there for sale... My dealer seemed to think it wouldnt be too hard to install, and set it up just like stock, however, I never followed through -- so I dont know for sure.... Shocks, there is a thread now in the R50 section... http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=7923
  18. Radek is on the AC board, and NTC as eaglepath... His truck is what mine aspired to be when it was the stockasaurus... But I'll never be the crazy wheeler he is!
  19. Ive heard good things about Uniden & Cobra... I went with the Uniden 520 pro, as it's nice & small...
  20. Yes, I've heard a lot of negative feedback about wheel spacers (even here -- try a search)... my Revos are 275/70/R16's, and I fitted them on the offset AR 767's right away, as the space between the tire & strut mount was pretty slim with the stock tire. Vsicks, I have to agree, if you can share info that will help, I am sure there are some of us willing to learn.
  21. Oh sure that's what they all say!! :( hmm... you should get some $$ for that NPORA Sticker at least!
  22. Have you tried autotrader.ca to compare prices?? they have a compare function, will give you the highest, lowest and average price for a certain year car (truck)... sorry to hear you have to give up the pathy.
