Are most of the members based out of one area? I really like going on runs with a few different kinds of trucks... a chance to prove the pathfinder to others, and a few have proved other rigs you dont typically see offroad as trail worthy. Great way to meet new people & learn new things.

I dont know k9, what should one expect?

or it could have been from the states...??

We don't have 2WD pathys here... why would we!
-
Damn... Glad you are okay... what exactly happened? What are your plans for a new one?
-
Congrats & welcome back!

Check out the tire review thread... You will probably get quite a few votes here for the BF Goodrich AT KO's, and of course, I have to mention the Bridgestone Deuler Revo AT's... both tires are pretty popular... My ex had the BFG's and they worked pretty nice. They have a somewhat aggressive look for an AT. I've had the Revo's for 3 wheeling seasons now, and still amaze people what I can get thru on a set of AT's... mud, rocks, whatever, I keep up with the rest of the gang in MT's.

You tell us, how's your gas guage reading since the snipe? I put one on my truck (cuz it looks cool - how offroad savy is THAT... lol, and to keep the window clean) and never noticed any difference in mileage.

Don't forget about us here, your loving audience... Congrats on the baby!
-
I'll be sure to get my snowsuit out.
-
That one I'm looking forward to!! Make sure to keep up with the colours & smilies... I love it!

I never noticed any issues/differences on the highway when I lifted it... I do quite a bit of highway & city driving to get to work every day.
-
Congrats on the new (to you) ride!

It shouldn't be too bad... I stayed away from the spacers because of possible wear issues... the less you lift it, the less angle, the less wear... I've actually been considering a 1" spacers now that the lift on mine has sagged in the front... Someone else might be better to answer what tire you can fit -- I would think 32's would fit easy... I've only heard of a few running 33's on R50's... (I have 31's... so what do I know! )

I had the same issue when my fuel pump relay went... I had some issues starting on a couple occasions, but was later able to start it, until it went kaput. The relay is under the hood, in one of those magic black boxes

Don't lift it! Swapping out the stock hubs to the manual locking hubs helps, as you can unlock them, and the CV's wont be constantly turning as they do when stock... There's info in the lift threads, and likely more if you search for "WARN HUBS" in the R50 section. You'll just have to remember to lock them before you want to use 4WD.

This would be the guy: http://npora.ipbhost.com//index.php?showuser=918 spacer info: http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=15676 I would be careful using more than 1" of spacer, you are increasing the angles on your CV's and thus increasing the wear & tear on them.

My 99.5 XE has a warning light, but it wont come on with the key like the rest do.... only when I'm low on gas.

What's The Single Largest Inherent Flaw In A Wd21 Pathfinder?
Pezzy replied to 88pathoffroad's topic in General Forums
... they just need replacement part R50 (that was purely for you Casey) Although I don't own one myself, I would put my vote in for the rust/frame issues. -
I also have the AC lift with no issues... Although mudders can be good in deep soft snow, AT's with good siping (insert promo for Bridgestone Revos here ) are much better for ice and hardpack... I guess my question to you is why do you think you should NOT get the lift?
-
I's being a smartass... I do's that sometimes ya knows!
-
Dude, dont you know you cant be hardcore on 31" AT's...
-
Likely, but that's besides the point. And you may be suprised to know, even though I love to coat the outside of my truck in mud (covers all the dents, and pinstripes) It actually makes me insane to have that coating of dust all over my dash. I dont mind if I flick some mud in the truck when I am wheeling, but when it's back to my DD, I like the inside to be nice & clean. So, no, not an offroader thing, not in my case. Trainman: real wood steering wheel = egads splinters!!

Nothing to do with offroading... just never been my thing, on any car. But now that you mention it, I like my ugly truck.
