I have an inline filter/temperature sensor and an after market tranny cooler while bypassing the stock cooler. I just bought another cooler and will install that in series before summer (possibly with a bypass valve) as in certain conditions the tranny runs hotter than I want. B

Sonetimes I am busier than others... Nope IIRC I simply used standard plated washers. I see no reason why you could not reuse the stock spacers if they are not rusted. I say spacers as they are about 4 or 5mm thick... B

That is the hex head diameter, not the thread diameter and pitch. Sorry, I'm not running stock exhaust... B

M8x1.25x30mm don't come in grade 8. I installed my headers with grade 10.9 bolts and so far so good, but I need to verify the torque again. There are many different view points, and mine is that I won't spent $5+ per fastener set as that is pure robbery unless it is something far more sophisticated than a stud/washer/nut. B

Hey, when he is right, he is all right... B

I concur with M1P. It doesn't sound like you know what you need... B

You did successfully post. I am moving this to the appropriate forum in hope of replies... Probably. Yes. Somewhat perhaps, but no snow or '09 here. I don't know and I'm not sure. Very little. Look for a sticker, Take the VIN to a dealership and ask them or go off road and see how many wheels spin. Only slightly, it just makes for confusing answers. You got through. Welcome to NOPRA!! B

No, it is not hard at all. The hardest part is getting under the dash to work on it. The basic steps is to 1)remove the old MC. 1 line, 2 nuts and washers, and some sort of pin on the clutch pedal. 2)Bench bleed the new MC. Fill the resevoir, plug the two output lines with your fingers and pump the piston shaft until all of the bubbles come out and you have sprayed brake fluid everywhere (someone will probably tell you of a better way). 3)Install the MC. Snug the two mounting nuts, install the line, install to the clutch prdal and set the free play per the manual. 4) Bleed the slave cylinder and the anti-something device on the passenger firewall. Done!! B

Who the hell has a 2wd pathy??? That's kinda like a 2 legged dog... JK!! Interesting, I knew there was a difference, but I had never seen it. I am only familiar with the 95 4x4 console... B

I'm guessing down pipe or Y pipe flange leaks, maybe the famous one that burns a hole on the WD21 driver floor board... I never heard a leak at the manifold other than the ticking, if it fart/roars at higher RPM it won't go away when it is warm. Like everyone else said, seems like a good deal. $10 says you don't sell it when you have fixed the pathy... B

Off hand I do not know what you are refering to, but what information is it you are after?? B

What a long strange trip it's been... B

No worries, you are doing it for the good of Nissan owners, not for the profit of the dealership... Besides, you are still 29 cents off. Seriously, multiple sources are good. Depending on the item, shipping might make more of a difference than the costs. It's all good and were all friends here... B

Why use the Matic-D for warranty and the Chevron MD3 in all else?? That said, another Nissan mechanic told me that any Mercon/Dextron3 should be fine as long as it is changed appropriately, something about not as heat tolerant?? B

I agree with Pezzy. I have heard this but not experienced it. As for the ECU reading procedure, it is listed in the Garage/How To pinned section. I can't describe it to you, I keep a printed version in the truck... B

Dude, you are in Arizona, one of the last places in the US you have to worry about waterproof!!! B

Hahaha!! How sweet is that?? B

Yes, I believe one person welded tabs on a socket and another milled down a socket so it had tabs. Both is more effort to me than just buying the damn tool. I use punch/screw driver method so I had nothing to contribute. And i really don't know what needle bearings you are talking about. B

Deal with Alkorahil (Rob Lacy) who runs an online dealership parts source. Good prices and a great guy to work with, not too far from you either, he's in Texas. Check out his contact info in the Classified/Services section... B Oh, tell him that you are from NPORA
