I've got these. I've bolted them on, and they're fine. They attach with 6 bolts and I haven't had any problems. These are not "another" source...these are the ORIGINAL source.

Yes it was.... I actually had the same thought you did at first, and had the years of his Max and R50 mixed up in my head....I thought his Max was the 01 and the R50 was 00.

The only ones that wont work are the 01+ QX4 Lights....the reverse lights are not integrated into the housing, they are by the license plate. The 99.5-04 Pathfinder lights will work fine on an older Pathy.

It's definitely doable, but you have to be sure that you have it always in 2WD, and never in Auto/All-Mode while you have the hubs unlocked.

Yes, the MTRs are ridiculously expensive. But I really like the way they perform. Also, that's for 5, not 4. I've spent a considerable amount of time weighing the options between the LSD and ARB, and I'm really not going to be doing anything much more extreme than I'm already doing with my truck, and I really only NEED the rear locker, but having a little extra something up front wouldn't hurt. I doubt that I'd ever need to have a locked diff up there, and the LSD would suit my needs (at this time) better than the locker. I completely forgot about the Schnieders...Thanks for reminding me!!

Good point Dean. However, I've definitely inreased the CG of my truck by more than what I've increased the track. With the rack off, I can tilt it to 40 degrees plus and feel perfectly planted, but with the rack on and loaded, I feel very unstable at even 30 degrees.

I've used JB, but never on my truck. I've only used Duct Tape as a very very temporary solution to stop something from jiggling or rattling.

The WD 4.6s are 4.625. The R50 4.6s are 4.636.

That is in stock form, with tires at factory spec, spare tire in the under vehicle cubby, and a full tank of gas. Any alteration from this alters the rollover angle. Softer suspension will allow the body to tip more over the suspension. Higher C.G. will create more of a moment.

Eat piss max. CD, I'm a volunteer EMS in NY. The power supply for my strobes burnt out. If your truck didn't have any suspension bushings, they'd be higher up on your list. hah. Once you get your truck to the point where mine is, you can criticize what I spend my money on. As far as the e-fan stuff goes...what better stuff can you think of for $70? I've already got the fan, out of a big diesel volvo truck, for free. I just need relays, wiring, and the controller. $70 is a high guesstimate. Try to buy a new fan clutch for less than that. Why not interco? Because I hate swampers. Swampers suck more hoohoo than Max on pavement. I drive an average of 40k miles a year. Interco tires wear like crap.
