  1. What I do with mine is: throw the rig into 4HI, get out, engage the hubs, and go. My knowledge of All-Mode is non-existent so my apologies for being unable to help you there. I'm sure someone will come up with good info for you though.
  2. Here's some freshly taken shots of my rig... enjoy!
  3. BTW Geoff, your R50 is gorgeous! Love the on-road/off-road set up too. I'm going for the same when I can afford M/T's in the spring. What are you running for tires on your set-ups?
  4. Well it IS entertaining, I'll give you that. As long as it's in good fun though... And silva, I just want to ask one thing: Why do you believe the VG33E to be an epic fail?
  5. That looks painful to say the least. I'd say best thing to do is heal up! I speak for myself when I say the SFD can wait.
  6. Pics would be great for this ticking issue.
  7. Ditto, stick with OEM for that stuff. Did mine back in October and it made a big difference
  8. Agreed, it'll look damn good! In keeping with my dark colours and overall Nismo theme, I went with the leather-wrapped OEM-sorta looking one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=400020190655
  9. Saw one the other day. Looks just like the Frontier with a different front and that unmistakble 'S' on the grill. Nissan-produced, Suzuki-badged. Good sh*t overall!
  10. Sounds like they'll be badass to me dood! I rarely find myself up in the rocks but I think sliders are just all-around smart to have on a rig. It provides ample protection to the sides just in case.
  11. Ooh, those sound like a great idea. What will they look like?
  12. Agreed, the R50 is definitely unique. And oh so badass! As you can see from Tyler's ridiculously incredible custom R50, anything is possible if you're willing to do it. That rig never ceases to amaze and sure proof that imagination goes a long way
  13. Just a heads up, but is anyone interested in JDM parts for the R50? If so, I may have found a hook up across the Pacific who would be willing to source parts in Japan and ship 'em to Canada. I'll keep ya'll posted on the developments
  14. That really sucks dood... You should get in touch with Pro Comp too. Tell 'em to send you some free gear for your troubles!
  15. I ordered a replacement OEM crank pulley/harmonic balancer off eBay and have yet to attempt an install but another eBay member PM'd me and said he bought the very same one and it didn't fit. So I'm hoping his was just by chance and that mine will fit without a hitch...
  16. Failing that, some rat poison on the floor of your Pathy will surely end the little bastard's life. Seriously, do it before you go out one day to find chewed up wires and mouse sh*t all in your dash!
  17. Thanks for the heads up Alex. BTW, did you get my PM?
  18. Damn right! The Ti knob is nice, but fook man... $165 is a lotta schlamollah for a t-case shift knob. The Nismo leather-wrapped one is half that and I still thought it was a rip-off!
  19. Fed up? Isn't it just the same 4" SFD like the rest?
  20. I'm hoping to be in the same place sometime in the spring. If all goes according to plan, ya'll will the first ones to know!
  21. Something like this would be perfect... http://cgi.ebay.ca/JDM-Nismo-Leather-Shift...A1%7C240%3A1318
