That's terrible rust damage... I feel your pain as my 98's starting to develop rust but in different places. It IS fixable but the question is, how much are you willing to spend on body work to get that rig up to speed? Keep us posted!

Oh, the ARB's great too but it won't fit my rig as nicely as the TJM. And I also like the the lack of chrome on the TJM.

This options seems cheaper than going full ARB. And Lokka makes front and rear lockers...?

I've been trying to find these for the better part of my duration owning a R50. Best thing to do would be ask someone who owns the TJM, i.e. Pezzy, vengeful, etc. for installation pics if they've got 'em. Good luck to you.
