Sorry I should have clarified my post. When I was wheel shopping, I was told not to use aluminum spacers with aluminum wheels because of potential warpage due to aluminum's malleability. That's why I chose to go with offset aluminum wheels. I was just going on the advice given to me. I wouldn't say it's a matter of you sucking; if the results were good then that's all that should matter. BTW, got any pics of your rig with the TE37X's? Those are sick!

Is it just me, or is that whole page completely inaccurate? The part # for the manual hubs for the '98 would be 29091; listed as a hub service kit on autopartsway.ca. The part number for the hubs listed on the site is for the D44 axle, NOT the Pathfinder. I think he's got the stock 15" 6-spoke aluminum* wheels. *Reason enough to not use spacers.

Isn't that exactly the same? A spark plug is 5/8 or 14mm in metric... Did I miss something?

Bah, the VG's still solid. For now it'll get the job done. Just wait till I finds me that QD and AXT turbo upgrade.

Yup, I'm aware it's an L6 engine. I was referring to the TD27 when I made that torque monsters comment. As posted earlier, it could be possible to drop in a RD28 but would require some work. A QD32 is pretty much a straight drop into the R50. Hence, it's my engine of choice should I ever find one.

Saw that too. Could be sweet depending on the numbers... Which are probably similar to the TD27 in the WD21 Terrano. Little inline-4 torque monsters! I'm still waiting on the QD32ETi myself...

It varies from province to province. But with the R50 being my daily driver, I don't want to risk anything. And some nice 3" cut-out resin fenders would look pretty wide with the SFD and wide-stanced 33's.

Want to lend me the money then? I'm going to stick with my gut feeling and just assume no.

My 98's already got the OEM flares and they look almost identical to the street style flares... But the tires are flush with the flares at the moment. When I do install 33's post-SFD, the rubber's going to stick out significantly just to fit in the wells. I'm debating custom resin fenders a la cut-out style or just fabbing up some fibreglass ones and integrate them into the body. I'm thinking bolt-on style would be best but in all honesty I'd rather just say f*ck flares but I doubt other drivers and/or cops will agree...

Yeah, I hear that. I'm geared more to the cut-out flares as they offer almost 3" of tire coverage, which would be great for wider rubbers and offset wheels...
