k, just kidding the bodies didn't come off yesterday. i had eight people, but we couldn't lift it high enough. so we're gonna get my friend's dad's forklift. lol. we'll see how this goes
-
	here's me lol

another update: both trucks are ready for lift off. T-minus: whenever my friends are available. so i got bored and did a chop job of what my pathy will look like after the swap. i'll be keeping my rear hatch just cause it says "SE" on it and it has that black piece of trim that goes horizontally across the middle of it. idk, my red hatch is more aesthetically pleasing to me. i'll swap over my red gas hatch cuz it has to be opened from inside the truck, that way some random person can't siphon my gas. plus it adds to the red/black effect. i'll do the same thing w/ my 4x4 symbols above the triangle windows for the same reason. aaand i'll use my red hood cuz it came outta the crash unscathed, and i'd like to keep my pathy as original as possible. and i'll use the red fenders that MWS included w/ the pathy. has anyone ever put a 60/40 seat in the back of their pathy? idk if you guys have sat in the middle rear seat, but the edges of the 50/50 seat go right up your crack! anyway, here's the chop job. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b95/ch62...tires-4copy.jpg

hahaha, i was wondering if anyone was gonna say anything about that bag. it was just a random bag that i grabbed to put parts in lol.

hey, man. good to hear you're servin our contry! one piece of advice my dad and grandpa said about the military is to not volunteer for anything! cuz you might end up gettin screwed. lol. hopefully that helps.

so right now the red body is about ready to be lifted off. now on to the black one! after i transfer my car port first. haha. here's some pix. that's all the wires. i'd take them out of the truck and lay them on the ground to show you guys how much wiring is in there, but i wanna keep them in the truck for storage purposes. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b95/ch620/P8020135.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b95/ch620/P8020136.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b95/ch620/P8020137.jpg

hahaha. i've tried that after i rolled my pathy. it's not as easy as it is in the movies
-
i haven't worked on it in like a week. i'm about to work on it tonight though, once it gets a lil bit cooler. i'm still workin on takin out the wiring on the first pathy.

i'll go if i get my body swap done by then and if i get all the bugs worked out. i gotta have some fun before my next semester starts

	russian chix are hott!

nah, i actually used my mom's car. hahaha. i didn't really need my pathy to go camping anyway. the place i went to was all paved and had a parking lot and stuff. lol. it woulda been nicer to take my pathy tho.
-
ya, screw that. it's possible to end up payin more money/mile driven that way. but you'd get way more power :tonguefinger: and i don't think i'll be done w/ the body swap by tomorrow. hahaha. i've been kinda too lazy to work on it, since it's gettin hotter and all and it ain't gettin done in that short of time period anyway. i'll just take my family's tracker camping. lol. plus i've been busy gettin camping stuff together for my friends and all.
-
that would be cool to have a pathy on a frame like that. and i didn't know that max's had anything smaller than a 3.5. i thought they came with them. did it come w/ the 2.5 or what?
-
well, i'm about to go to Home Depot to buy some of those lights that you strap to ur head so that i can work late at night. i wanna get this done by friday if possible. i'm going camping this weekend and i'd prefer to take my pathy.
-
it's all good. so i got this settled on what to do. now i just need to do it!
-
ohh, i didn't even think of completely removing the whole harness, i was just gonna leave it attached to the body. that's gonna be a biatch. oh well.
-
dude, that advice helps a lot. that "brain" analogy works really well. i never thought of it that way. thanks, man. BUT i'm still concerned about using the wiring harness from the black body cuz the black one has a manual trans. if i pull both wiring harnesses from the engine compartment into the cab, that means i'd have to use the black one's harness on the red one's frame/engine/tranny combo. i'm just worried about issues from the differences in vehicles.
-
thanks for confirming my assumption time to go pull that chit out.
-
	here's some update pix. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b95/ch620/P7140139.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b95/ch620/P7140140.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b95/ch620/P7140141.jpg
-
so do you guys think it'd be best to pull all the wiring harnesses through the cab into the engine compartment or through the engine compartment and into the cab? i'm thinkin it'd be best to pull them through the cab and into the engine compartment, that way my wires that the truck came with stay with the engine and stuff, rather than using the wires from inside the black one's body.
-
i don't even know what those are, so i'm out! lol.
-
	sounds fun!
