I think I'm the first one to have the 9447's installed (although I could be wrong) but everyone who ordered hoping for 2" of lift is gonna be in for a surprise haha, mine gave me about 4" from where I was sitting before. Today was a very successful day and I finally got something done on the pathy for the first time in awhile. Rear lift springs!! After a few failed attempts at getting my hands on a set of rear springs for my rig and way too long of driving around with the front higher than the back, I decided to try out some Land Rover springs which is the new thing to do I guess. I think I'm the first one on here to try the 9447's but I could be wrong. They fit right in and were super easy to get on. Huge huge thanks to Kyle for helping me out with the install. I didn't take measurements before, but it looks like they gave me close to 4" of lift from where it sat before with 20+ year old springs and shocks, and I'm so stoked with how it sits not. It was a very wet, rainy install but it was one of the best days I've had in awhile and was totally worth it. Thanks again Kyle for all the help and letting me use your tools, you're the best man. Your muffler looks fine, it's the resonator that broke off. Mine did that too awhile ago and I just left it for a long time.After being tired of it just hanging off, I eventually cut off all the tubing behind the muffler and just welded a turndown onto it. Shops like that are just trying to make money off you, there is absolutely no way you should spend even close to that amount of money on it. If you really think you need a new exhaust system and don't want to just get rid of the broken part, check your local pick n pull and get one for $30. Even if you took your car to an actual exhaust shop it should only be around $200 for a fully custom brand new cat-back system. What I would try first is just cutting all the piping behind the muffler off, and seeing if it bothers you having it like that. If it does, try the junk yard or a local exhaust shop, if it doesn't then just leave it and forget about it!

I've been going up Hylite Canyon in Bozeman a few times lately to go hiking, and both times I've had to pull people out. The last time I went up I had to yank 3 different people out, and I had to pull one guy out twice and a friend of mine pulled him a 3rd time (that guy was not the brightest lol). I love driving up snowy roads near the bigger cities in Montana where people who think they know what they're doing (but actually don't) go to get stuck. Helping people is fun and makes mine and there day better. We still had time to hike up to the frozen waterfall, I'll put up some pics in the next post!

Yeah it just won't go into overdrive unless the engine is warm. I'm sure if you drive for long enough it'll eventually warm up enough and shift, but mine definitely takes longer the colder it is outside.

The 9447 is the passenger side coil, and the 9446 is the driver side coil. On the Defender 90 the driver side springs are half an inch longer for whatever reason. The 9447 will give you about 2.5" of lift in the back, which means the 9446 will give you a little bit more.

Man what a great description! Can't beat the price either. Everywhere I've looked the facelifted r50's even stock are more than that. I'm sad you're selling your Pathy, but whoever gets the privilege of owning it next sure is lucky!

I ran 265/75/16 with no lift for quite some time, and they only rubbed at full lock in reverse. You'll need to trim in the same places you trim to fit 31's though. However, I wasn't using the stock wheels so I'm not exactly sure how it will play out with the backspacing of the stock wheels.

Exactly. I'm talking about the dome lights not the instrument panel. I use them a lot when I'm camping so it would be really nice to have ones that were brighter and also used less power. I don't think I'd ever want LEDs in my instrument panel, I personally am not a huge fan of the look of blue tinted lights behind the speedometer.

I had this same issue with a Pathfinder in a junk yard that I wanted to pull tail lights off of but couldn't without opening the trunk, which was locked shut. I couldn't unlock it since the batteries aren't connected anymore in the junk yards, so I took off all the inside paneling in the back and was able to pull on the locking mechanism and get it unlocked and open from the inside. The mechanism that connects from the key hole to the actual lock itself on the latch may be broken, so unlocking it from the inside may work.

I was fortunate enough to get to meet Kent (RainGoat) tonight. It's been so awesome to get to meet so many of you guys lately and see how great of a person everyone is (: I'm definitely jealous of the condition or Kent's car, it is absolutely immaculate inside and out (besides the front bumper). Thanks man! It's the stock piping from the cats to the mufflers, then it has 2 spiral chamber mufflers (one for each pipe), I think the brand is Lobak. Then it goes back into a single pipe, using all the factory hangars. It has a slightly bigger tip too as you've probably seen in some of my pics too. I'd be happy to make a video for you if you want
