  1. I found a factory spare tire holder on an r50 two days ago in Fremont. It looked in pretty perfect condition besides faded paint if you want one really bad and don't mind driving
  2. Here's something I've had for awhile but for some reason never shared with you guys. It had always been a dream of mine to have the front end of a car to use for actual lights in my room or garage or something, so one day I decided to hit up my local pick n pull and Home Depot to make it happen. I had made the lamps put of tail lights awhile before I did it with the headlights, which were pretty easy just by putting a few little LEDs in each hole in the back. The headlights were harder because I wanted to actually use lights bright enough to light up the whole room. I got two big LED light bulbs from Home Depot and all the wiring and sockets I needed and got everything together, which was way harder than the tail lights because of all the different pieces and wires. Anyway here's how everything looks. Like I said I've had these for a really long time now I just never shared them. Let me know what you think!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Thank you!! If you see someone in the driver seat, it's me. I trusted my camera to a friend who is also a good photographer in a couple instances to get some shots of the Pathy in action. Any pic that I'm not in the driver seat was taken by me (: The BMW wasn't happy to say the least. Even on the straight dirt road parts where I could just fly through he had to crawl along and avoid and move little rocks periodically. On the trail where you see me hanging out the window going over the big hill/bump thing he tried to take the bypass and scratched his bumper and got his rocker panel about an inch away from a pretty big rock which scared him enough to turn around and head back to the river to wait for us to finish haha I actually have a really funny video of him trying to take the go-around that I have no way of putting up here.
  4. My friend even tried a little off road venturing in his BMW. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. It's been a busy couple of weeks! Went on a camping trip with my friends and then the day after flew to Iowa for a family get together. There were a TON of trails around the Lake Almanor/Chester area. Unfortunately my camera died and none of my backup batteries had charge, so I didn't get as many pics as I would have liked. There are still a lot though, so I'm sure I'll have to split it up into multiple posts. I also ran into another forum member in Chester, which was cool. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Lots of pictures coming soon! Stay posted Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I have a Canon Rebel T5i with various lenses
  8. No the other bass pro hat haha, I'm in the plaid shirt
  9. My secret has been revealed lol. I'm in the bass pro cap.
  10. Yeah it was super smokey from the fire in Mariposa
  11. Here's some pics of my friend's Miata. Such an awesome fun car to rip around on back roads. And here's a couple boring iPhone shots I got fishing at Pinecrest Lake ^ the Miata belongs to him Sorry I haven't had a lot to post here lately. Been super busy with work lately. I did get some Milky Way shots last night though so stay tuned! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I'm definitely not a ginger Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Haven't had any updates on here for awhile, so I'll share some pictures of things I've been doing. The first thing I did a couple weeks ago was Yosemite. We hiked to the top of Yosemite falls and then camper for one night, and then drove up to pinecrest lake after to cool off. When life gives you full parking lots, sometimes you just have to make your own spot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I have an HG43 if I remember correctly, which has a 4.363 ratio. I don't have a 'power mode,' but I bet turning the overdrive off would help. I totally forgot I could do that. Mine does the same thing about overcompensating the ability of it's 3.3.
  15. Of course, but I was asking more on the lines of regearing
  16. Random question. Who leaves their fog lights on with the headlight and who leaves them off? I always have them off unless it's actually foggy but I've been thinking about leaving them on with the headlights because they do help me see better, as my headlights shine pretty far down the road since the lift. I'm not sure what looks the best, and I don't want to be blinding anyone. It's dumb but I'm curious to hear input. Also, when my car is loaded up with camping and fishing gear and has multiple people it really struggles to maintain speed going up hills. Anyone have any solutions?

  19. Today is the day! New tires are going on. Pics to follow soon Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Yes, all the mounting points (at least the bolts and plastic snaps on the side) are exactly the same. I tried swapping the bumpers at pick n pull ones just to see if it would work. I'm not sure about all the little pins in the trunk area, but I've been running my stock one without all those pins for months now with no issues (they all snapped off when my buddy hit my bumper with his atv while doing donuts).
  21. Looks like it's coming along nicely! Why'd you cut up your floor mat though? If the hole is going to be covered by another floor mat anyway why not just replace it with some scrap carpet or something?
  22. I'm not gonna say what my license plate is until I get it, and when I do I'll just put up a picture. It's nothing mind blowing, I just think it's fun to keep things a secret. Speaking of secrets... I finally ordered new tires on Friday night! Whoever can guess what tires and what size wins! On another note, I know the title of the thread includes the word "my," but I love looking at awesome pictures, so if anyone has any cool shots (doesn't have to be Pathfinder related, but most certainly can be) feel free to throw them up on here! Or should I just make a second thread open to all for adventure related stuff?
  23. Gotta agree with you on that one. I actually like how yours looks with the black emblems, but honestly if I ever got a QX-4 I would instantly replace all the badges with their Nissan Pathfinder counterparts. Your grille actually looks debadged unless you look closely, which I'm usually not a huge fan of, but for some reason actually looks really great on yours.
