  1. Well yeah it's just due to the angle and stuff. Honestly couldn't be bothered to try and cut all the way around. I went through a lot of disc bits whatever those things are called to even get half way around so the boot it was. Sent from Tapatalk
  2. On a bit more unrelated note, how do you loosen the tensioner on the AC drive belt? Figured I ask you guys as you've all done this. Thanks Sent from Tapatalk
  3. Banned for using fancy words Sent from Tapatalk
  4. I'm telling my wife I'm building a vehicle for the apocalypse, and as we all know, that's when the zombies come ... Sent from Tapatalk

  7. Sure does! Guy bought it on eBay for 130, years ago, never installed it, sold the car and wanted it off his shelf. Here it is in action Sent from Tapatalk
  8. Scored this today for $20 Sent from Tapatalk
  9. Would these 33's fit with a 2" lift all around? What would the biggest issue be? Width? 33 X12.5 X 15 on Kijiji http://bathurst.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-auto-parts-tires-tires-rims-33-X12-5-X-15-W0QQAdIdZ1012508767 Sent from Tapatalk

  12. LOL that was a dremel half way around. The other side of the bend was hard to reach so I took the blowtorch and booted it off LOL I sure hope it won't do it again!! Sent from Tapatalk
  13. It's a Garmin Foretrex 401, they are made to be worn on the wrist so they come that way. As for switch relocation, I don't see why that wouldn't be possible. Each dummy button pops out individually. Sent from Tapatalk
  14. Just screwed it in there...since I trimmed the spare buttons piece out of the trim piece, I figured since it's mutilated already, might as well screw right into it. I think the spot works and looks well. Sent from Tapatalk
  15. Awesome link, good info. Thanks Sent from Tapatalk
  16. KDJ, that is good to know, definitely something I will pursue further a little bit down the road. For now, next step is replacing the 2 front struts with KYBs and the rears with 5100 series bilstein. I will be using my stock coil springs for now. Manual hubs were also ordered. I opted for the Mile Marker as this project is supposed to be on a budget. I am looking into custom fabrication of a front bumper, which, if I go ahead with will incorporate the fogs, at least their wiring. Question about the compass and temperature overhead display, mine, being an XE doesn't have that luxury, so was wondering what would be entailed in making one of those things work?
  17. And mounted maglite too Sent from Tapatalk
  18. Things in the capital are quiet...same old I guess. Went out to the Fundy region the other day and there are tons and tons of logging trails just waiting for me to go explore...but I had the whole fam in the car so that's for another day Sent from Tapatalk
  19. Well now it's a stubby lol Sent from Tapatalk
  20. Instead of spending any money on this for now I decided to chop that angled piece off. Now it's just aiming straight back and hopefully has enough clearance between to not melt anything else lol Sent from Tapatalk
