  1. Looks good. Is that your MKIV? Sent from Tapatalk
  2. Went through my old tour kit today for which I don't have any use at the moment and got creative. First off, my patches: Then my Molle belt and first aid kit: Dump pouch And mounted the fire extinguisher Sent from Tapatalk
  3. I literally JUST bought a set of Mile Marker Locking Hubs today from AC!! They must still have some in stock.
  4. welcome. Your plans are pretty much the same thing the majority of people on here have done / are doing to theirs, so read up on all kinds of threads and you'll learn as you go. Lots of useful info here.
  5. wow stunning scenery! Wheeling heaven right there!
  6. Thanks. Odd that the wires for heated seats would be there when my car doesn't have that option, I wonder if there is power going to them. I guess then that means that there should be wires under my seat as well? Not hooked up to anything of course. Sent from Tapatalk
  7. The OME setup comes only as medium duty I suppose as their HD is made with KYB shocks. What would our stock shocks /coils be considered? Light duty? Sent from Tapatalk
  8. Ok good to know that's what I suspected/ was suggested, just found it weird not finding any indication on the car anywhere. Thanks Sent from Tapatalk
  9. Have you considered swapping out the LED back lights with different colours?
  10. Thanks! I need some advice with my suspension. I'm told my front left strut needs replacing, so I see this as an opportunity to replace all 4 corners and do some upgrading. Now I have 2"lift from Fleury's spacers, so my question is, if I were to buy a complete OME lift kit such as this here http://www.rocky-road.com/nissan-pathfinder-lift-kit.html, will my suspension be 3+ inches and with that cause other issues and parts needed? Should I just replace the struts and keep the original springs? I like the height I have and I'm not really after more lift as 31's will look too small with too much lift and I'm not about to buy new tires anytime soon. Or should I also replace the springs, and keep the stock size or get HD spring coils and get more lift? I'm quite certain that replacing oem parts will raise my front a little bit due to 15 years or settling...but at the same time, I wouldn't mind something stiffer that can handle a heavier load. Is KYB or Rancho preferred?
  11. Mine too is a 99.5, manufacture date is listed as May 99 on the door sill sticker. I still have not found any evidence of the model of my PF. The ID tag inside the engine bay reads under colour. trim: JVO K But I have not found a decoder for that or any of the other info except for the VIN, which doesn't say the model.
  12. Thought this could be a helpful thread for any noobs like myself that putter around on their new to them pathfinders and come across all kinds of "mystery" parts lol So for starters, when I installed my CB radio and pulled the radio out of the dash along with the cigarette lighter cables etc, there were these 2 unused plugs just hanging out... What option would they be for? And my second question is with regards to the 3 belts up front. I think this is the AC belt but if anyone can confirm that would be great so I'll order the correct replacement part: As when I dropped a screw, this happened... Sent from Tapatalk
  13. Pics: Also, another issue with this muffler is that it's hanger is pointed towards the frame and when it vibrates this is really noticeable and annoying. Sent from Tapatalk
  14. Good to know, I will look into going a similar route. Thanks
  15. you can always add a 5mm spacer. I've run spacers on all my cars so far and never had any issues. Especially not when it's only 5mm. Maybe 20+mm will more likely cause issues due to increased stress on components, but 5 and below should be no issue.
  16. This is a big factor! And kids usually want big HP cars, so the obvious Murcialago etc aside, I think some of the classics of tomorrow will be based on some common factors such as limited production numbers, enthusiast following, performance records and above average good looks. Based on that my list includes: 1 - Nissan GT-R, without a doubt, a super car killer, it is already a legendary vehicle and therefore as a spot. Besides it comes from the Skyline cult heritage... 2 - Audi B7 RS 4 - V8, FSI, 420HP stock, Quattro, amazing sounding stock exhaust note, let alone modified, goose bump material, wide-body and the only car in its class to be and I quote Jeremy Clarkson, who LOOOOVES BMW M3's, "dare I say it, better than an M3" 3 - Audi R8 - definitely on the expensive side of this selection, but I think this car speaks for itself in its design, quality, performance and appeal. V8 and V10 and V12 TDI le mans.... 4 - New generation chevy camaro SS - Reason being, it went back to the 60's/70's muscle car design with a modern twist and technology and it brings back to burly muscle car look. It's predecessor became a classic, so maybe this one will too...
  17. ^^ Wow looks very clean! Welcome to NPORA. What's the mileage? Any plans?
  18. Welcome, and like Bushnut said, pics please
  19. Yeah it looks stealth...but I think I need a new setup entirely as well. If they should be angled and point in any direction other than straight out back, then it should probably be angled down. What's your new setup? Is it a generic muffler shop build or is it a custom setup with gucci components? I've always spent good money on my cars performance exhausts but with this I'm wanting to keep it "reasonably priced" but maybe a bit better sound. The muffler that's on now has "silent flow" or something like that stamped on it...I will probably replace the muffler with a magnaflow and see what it will cost for my local shop to rig up a slightly larger diameter setup.
  20. CNAM that's my suspicion too, especially where there is a metally sounding rattle coming from it that I can hear when I start driving with the windows down. Sent from Tapatalk
  21. I took the PF for a 2 hour drive today, a lot of it on highways averaging 120-130km/h and when I got to where I was going, I noticed something under the right edge of the bumper. Turns out it was molten plastic. Directly across from it is the exhaust pipe aiming right at it. While I was driving I thought I smelt something burn but nothing was noticeable. I'll take a picture of it tomorrow. I thought the angles exhaust was a stock setup...now I'm gonna have to look into adjusting that unless I wanna go up in a ball of fire lol
  22. Looks really good. Is this going on a WD21 or R50?
  23. Is that NPORA your tapatalk app??
