  1. btw im currently running poly bushings on all trailing arms on my r50. it feels very solid in the back even without my sway bar installed.
  2. polyurethane can actually break stuff. imagine the welds are old with metal fatigue over the years of wear will be the weakest point of the arms. ive had this problem before on my 240sx where all my suspension parts were replaced with polybushings. one of my traction rod actually broke off from the welds itself. poly bushings will flex at minimum unlike the standard rubber that flex.
  3. rancho sells a mcperson strut type. i think ive seen it from rock-auto
  4. i didnt know i won not until my buddy told me. haha thanks whoever nominated me!
  5. its the same exact problem with other nissan cars equipped with vq with yrs 01-04. nissan never acknowledge it. they all have that "mysterious" oil disappearing problem
  6. bad design of the oil baffle inside the valve cover that lets oil get suck through the pcv valve. go look at the pcv hose that connects from valve cover and plastic intake. @!*% is always wet.
  7. we were supposed to go south cow this weekend but weather didnt permits and they have to close it down. we ended up going to knoxville recreation area instead. camp out there and run the trails. it was nice and moderate
  8. thanks man! i think it was a lil deeper than that but since we've been going in and out the water slowly get pushed out. lol
  9. its good to see another from the bay. hi
  10. its not odd for the vq35de to lock up out of no where. only the culprit could be is not having oil while you drive it around. vq35de are notorious losing oil. could be the oil is getting sucked from the pcv back to the intake manifold or having the power screws fell to the combustion chamber causing internal damage. look it up.
