  1. I think you might have a short? I don't know this is a strange problem, there is no signal to the lock, but when you lock it manual the window pops, Can you make the window pop itself with the key (I think you can do this if I'm correct) maybe the key cylinder is busted, it is some what at the right height, damn this is going to bug me lol
  2. Yup, I love having coils all the way around, defiantly miss it. I hope you can figure this out, I don't know too much about the injectors never had to fix them myself otherwise I'd help you out, good luck!!
  3. Wise words precise1.. Well I guess I never filled it up properly cause once it started leaking out, I stopped, Owell, it ran good for a year before it got wreaked. Knowledge for the future!
  4. Plus I left gear oil in there... Never cleaned it out, well that was only a year ago, damn. I think it's in the back wrapped in a garbage bag... I think I just proved your point lol
  5. Cleaver, never thought of that, I just went out an bought a pump for 20$ lol Just don't suck hahah your gunna have a bad time
  6. Hmm weird, then again I have never drove a Cherokee, I just have a couple friends who have one and they always complain about the unibody and the Dana 35's. I had 31's and had no issue, I had to cut the bottom front corner out but lost no turning radius, plus on my hardbody I have offset rims and that helped out too, never adjusted the stops, don't think you need too... I think you can even bump them back farther if I'm correct, but you have to be cautious. As it stands right now I can turn fully from the shoulder to shoulder on a 2 lane road without hitting the curb. How bad is yours?
  7. And 75% of the reason you got it was because of the name lol it will defiantly come in handy, I like it
  8. Hahah try driving here for a day, I live in the middle of an ethnic swim pool! Lol I think that's the plan, although I'm thinking it would be funny to make a second container (cheap like a 1 litre in behind my seat) and use that. I can fill it with random liquids that I have on hand lol, I think I went too far..
  9. So earlier today I did some repairs to my nissan pickup (87) I remounted the horn inside the wheel well because the original mount is a pile of rust lol but I also replaced my window washer tank including the motors. Obviously my pickup doesn't have a rear window wiper, and the donor tank came off of my pathfinder (95) so I have two pumps... I just stuck a screw and taped it up, totally unnecessary but don't want accidental leakage... Now, what would you do? I have all the spare tubing from my pathy including the Spray heads... And I'm an electrician so a switch is easy to hook up. And I drive in one of the worst city's for idiot drivers (Vancouver). Plus I love being ignorant... Hmmmmm
  10. Yeah unibody.. Just.. Why?! But you have a bit more power unfortunately with that 4.0 litre, especially torque considering its an inline 6. Although I did find my path still had power, not as much as in would like (but there is always little things you can do, but a bit limited too) now I downgraded to a 2.4 litre, talk about gutless! I wonder if the Cherokee is smaller or bigger than the pathfinder (outside dementions) I have fit in some tight tight areas in the pathy, plus the turning radius is damn sexy lol
  11. Looking forward to see how this looks!! Good luck!
  12. Seems like everything is there, but I wouldn't pay 600$ although he does came it's rebuilt and has MM manual hubs...
  13. I'm assuming here (going on theory since I have never done this) the mounts on the bumper sit lower thus covering and fitting nicely to the grill and lights. You would have to make or weld brackets (I think mentioned before) or do a 2 inch body lift lol Personally (being an experienced welder, but it's been 3 years) I would buy the bumper and make it fit, it will sit nicely it's just the mounting brackets would be different Now if I'm wrong, someone correct me, I'd hate to lead you down a wrong path, but damn it we will find it! (Pun heavily intended) That's what I was looking for.. Oh and I forgot to mention, you will loose strength in your bumper if you use brackets. This is the downfall. There is proper ways and cheap ways with everything. I remember reading on people extending there stock front bumper up after a body lift and loosing strength as it tends to fold back after impact, food for thought I'm sure if you weld angle pieces you won't have this issue
  14. Wow, I just read this old thread.. A lot of info and a lot of hate lol http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/22801-front-axle-options-for-sas/ Even tho it's a front axle thread they give a lot of information on rear options as well. What especially interest me is the breaking strength on axle shafts! I would have to agree with nismothunder, stock h233b in the rear is flipping strong! Upgrade here and there you'll be good to run up to 35, I'd even say 36 but any larger you'll be pushing it. If you want indestructible rear, 14b is the way to go and if I'm not mistaken its cheaper than a d60
  15. I will be in contact about the upgrades in the rear h233b im interested in upgrading to a 33 spline etc etc I'm sure there is a hole list of parts ill need Diamond axle using d60 steering components, this interested me, I haven't heard anything about this, could you point me in a direction? Btw sorry for the thread jacking lol
  16. Really? I am going to have to look into this, when I do my sas/4bt swap I was going to use a Dana 44 upfront and the h322b in the rear, I'm curious about the ford 9" on the length and if they make a front axle in the 9" because with the torque of the diesel I'm expecting to break the 44 but I don't want to cut down a Dana 60 (especially the front) and loose axle clearance for strength. Plus I assume the h322 front axle will be a lot harder to find after market parts for, but might be worth it for strength... Well after work I'm going to do some research, I shall post my results comparing front ends
  17. Here are some facts for you... Dana 44 Ring Gear: 8.5" Axle Diameter: Axle Splines: Nissan H233B: Ring Gear: 9.17" Axle Diameter: 1.31" Axle Splines: 33 (on the Xterra) Ford 9" Ring Gear: 9" Axle Diameter: 1.33" Axle Splines: 31 *Pinion has additional bearing for support which adds significant strength under load. Dana 60: Ring Gear: 9.75" Axle Diameter: 1.50" Axle Splines: 35 I made a thread in general forums called h233 upgrades but this is the brunt of the information, as you can tell the nissan rear end is strong, surprisingly strong, as for a front end... I wish they made a front h233b lol
  18. Lol fair enough, take some pictures after I'm curious on how it looks compared to the rear
  19. I have a 87 hardbody and a 95 pathfinder xe, I have parked them side by side and without taking anything off, I am confident they are the same (cab up) I'm interested in what they look like on the pathfinder, looks mean. Are you looking for these because of the bigger wheel wells? Or just as a replacement? Btw welcome!!
  20. Just did a little bit of research and it seems like a lot of guys are running at 27-20 psi (highway) and as low as 13 on trail. What is the psi rating on the 33's
  21. Hahahaha she is dead serious, wow, we keep breeding stupid
