  1. Are there any plug and play LED H3 units that are any good from say, Amazon, or a more established store? I'm looking to upgrade, but try to avoid ebay when I can.
  2. Suweet Skyline! I had no idea they made a 4 door, seems like a perfect family car
  3. Indeed I do! They've done admirably, and like theexbrit said, they took me everywhere I needed to go this weekend, minus one hill, which wasn't the tire's fault, so much as theexbrit's ruts. You have a very nice color combo, I'm hoping to go for that eventually. Just without the stripes. I'm thinking of powdercoating my factory wheels gunmetal grey, and getting a limo tint come summertime. My ventvisors should help a little too. That Chilkoot package sounds awesome! That's exactly how I'd get my pathy from the factory, just with an auto, not because I can't drive stick (because I can and did it daily for a while) but because the torque converter makes it so much easier to operate off road.
  4. Great to see another Silver pathfinder on here! Not to mention one with the same tires! I'm glad to hear that they did well in the snow, I haven't gotten a chance to test them out. As a side note, what exactly is the Chilkoot package? It seems to only be available in Canada, is it above or below SE?
  5. I'm interested in an upgrade too! ShoesandSocks, can you link to those plug and play HIDs?
  6. I'm interested in what this turns out to be, I have the same issue in my unlifted pathfinder. The new struts seemed to help a bit, but haven't eliminated the pretty strong vibrations I get when slowing down. Hopefully it's only a warped rotor, more on the to-do list.
  7. I'm that guy! I have the EXACT same tires, and they fit fine on my 02 Path. Here's a link to give you an idea. This is them fitted, and page 5 has pictures of the trimming I had to do. Basically I just pushed back the splash guard, screwed it into place permanently with the stock hardware, and then just cut the very tip of the bumper. Super easy. http://www.expeditio...read-by-Allof75 Hope it helps even if it's a little late!
  8. I know I can sleep in the Pathfinder, that's one of the reasons I bought it- I'll just take the seatbottoms out and fashion a sleeping platform out of plywood to run on top of the seatback and past so I can sleep flatly. I'll post pics of this too when finished. To keep everything "private" I'll get the rear windows in 5% tint most likely (shout out to Tint Pros in Huntington Beach!) and get some window vents to keep the ventilation tolerable. It'll be a long project, but definitely worthwhile. Anyway, here are the gas cans I'm talking about, on pretty much the type of rack I'm looking for (though I'd like it closer to the roof itself). As you can see they're quite flat, and a set of Maxtrax should hopefully fit right over them.
  9. Hi all, I'm new to the forum, and just bought a 2002 SE Pathy 4x4 with the factory "thick" roof rack, much like Xterras'. I'll post up a build sooner or later, I'm planning on making this an Expedition Pathfinder- going camping/sleeping in the pathy for days/weeks at a time, and exploring the country all the while. Anyway, I was wondering if any of you know of an insert to the factory rack, like the one pictured (sorry for the size), except in a metal mesh of sorts. I'd like to have one 4 gallon rotopax gas "can" and one 4 gallon water "can", topped off with two maxtrax on top. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!
