1. Grrrr... Right during Christmas! I might finally have to jump in this, front and rear lockers would be a kick.
2. Not necessarily, but they go out of "round" very easily. Meaning your first few miles of driving may include a flat spot from sitting over night. They are very flexible and conform to rocks well, but bias ply may as well be off road only tires as the trade off's out weigh the benefits on road.
3. Great choice in rides! Will that HICAS rear end hold up to that kind of power?
4. 33x10.50 or 255/85/16. For the type of expedition wheeling you do they're perfect.
5. Not doubting you! I think the super flexy rear end setup tends to exacerbate the clicks and clunks, at least compared to a low, leaf sprung axle. It's not bad, and I love it on the trail, just probably not everyone's cup of tea.
6. I love mine, but as a daily, it is a little bit of a chore.
7. Dang! (But that image is really cool!) How many miles on the tranny and any signs of it failing leading up to this?
8. None of them will be stronger than stock. I rebuilt my stockers with upgraded boots from http://www.rockfordcv.com/rcvboot.htm and have been very pleased. Two wheeling seasons, no signs of wear.
9. Maybe take a little air out if the rear at least.
10. I'm not a fan of boots personally. Typically when I look under them they have collected all kinds of mud and debris. I run mine without boots and hose them off regularly. Ymmv.
11. Looks great, but I'm with RP88, try heating it up a bit to improve the fit. Still awesome as is.
12. You've got bigger problems, your steering wheel's on the wrong side!
13. Your brakes will be unaffected by a gear swap.
14. You'll know it's there around town, especially parking lots. How much rubber it eats is up to you. My KM2's have 30k on them and should last through next summer with proper rotation.
15. That's awesome! Carpet hauler, work van by day. Ski RV at night! Sign me up!
16. Glad it was fun! Need to get out with you guys.
17. I'm pretty sure they measure clearance at the lowest point, rear diff cover. In that case, the only way to change it is larger tires. Pathy may have a lower advertised clearance due to it has a larger diff than comparable toyotas, or smaller stock tires.
18. It's not loud, think the aliens from "Signs". Just annoying when your trying to find other noises. May just be my OCD kicking in.
19. You'll have to check the back spacing on that wheel. I'm running xterra wheels and they have 5in bs, not ideal at all on a wd21.
20. That may end up being my path also. E fan is sounding better and better.
21.
Made little magnetic mounts for my signal indicators! Not permanent, but hey, works!

But looking at the picture, they may need some adjustment.
22. Trying to isolate an irregular engine "tick" I tracked it down to the shroud under the fan. Mine seems a bit loose, looks like it is secured with two clips. Not sure how to tighten it up a bit or if I really need it to begin with. Not a big issue, but feast rating when trying to figure out other anomalies. Thanks!
23. Cool! Reminds me of the hyper color shirts in the early 80's.
24. I've run BFF km1, then km2's in the 33x10.50 side. They perform fine on most of our NW trails. Haven't cared for the km2's in the snow as much. I'm eyeing the MTR's for my next set, 33x12.50. Two guys have sets on wd22's in our club and they seem like an incredible all round tire with good wear.
That being said, if you're not wheeling that much, modern AT's will do the job well 90% of the time around here, with less side effects.
