  7. Changed out the faulty O2 sensor and cleared the code and drove to the store and back and O2 sensor code was gone but crank shaft position sensor code still came back on...so went and bought one, now the problem is i cant find the old one to get it out. Haynes says that its located at the back of the motor drivers side mounted to the transaxle housing. so i spent the last hour under there with lights and still cant locate it, any one have any pics or a link to a site showing where the hell it is, Thanks

  13. Just went and got royal purple synchromax manual trans fluid at the proper weight can will do a flush in the am...we'll see...
  14. So now im confused again. Its finally warm here and and went out and started the truck and it ran perfect. No noise no clutch issues no nothing (stratches head) so drove it around town and threw all the gears no problems what so ever, gonna bleed the clutch because father in law says there is air in it but other than that just kinda confused why it was acting up in the cold the last two weeks
  15. Im gonna try bleeding the clutch this weekend, so it wont be driven, i just checked the clutch fluid which was just dot 3 brake fluid and it was filthy, so hoping that helps but i think i defiantly need to install the flywheel i have cause i hear the teeth grind every ten starts or so.
  16. Transmission flush last month, its weird its only been acting up since ive been up here in the cold, but flywheel does have a few missing teeth so i know thats the grinding i hear on the occasional start up. but i dont know why the clutch pedal sticks down still
  17. just moved up to NJ from FL and am having this problem since the cold nights. When i start the truck its very hard to shift into any gear until its warmed up and im down the road and the engine is at normal temp. my flywheel needs to be replaced as i have herd grinding and had it checked by my mechanic. Entire clutch was replaced 5 years ago other than the master cylinder and slave cylinder, trying to save money so i purchased a new master and slave as well as the flywheel and can get it all installed for 325. Anyone have any thoughts or tips here just want her running smooth again and ready to 4x4
  18. really dumb question, where can i get a factory service manual? thanks for the help towncivilian hows the weather down there in FL just moved from naples
  19. Ive cleared them and the light comes back on immediately, still not sure what the deal is...finally got the stock hubs off tho so throwing on the warns here in a few, any help on the sensors or the circuit faults and how to tell what the problem is would be awesome all...
  20. Hey all, my service soon light came on a few weeks ago and i just figured a bad O2 sensor and was too busy moving and with work and all to check it. So yesterday got out the scanner to check for codes and got 3! ****** so the codes were PO136 for O2 sensor or curcuit fault, PO335 for Crankshaft postion sensor or curcuit fault and PO500 for vehicle speed sensor or circuit fault. So my question is are all these sensors bad and need replacing or are the circuits bad and how do i tell? also any idea on repair costs if i cant figure it out. Need to pass inspection and this is kinda a problem. Any help would be awesome!
