  1. I don't think you'll have a problem! Bought mine about 3 years ago with 214 km's, now i have 286 km's and i don't for-see any problems... hoping to get another 50 km's or at least two more years!!!
  2. You bet they did! Not sure if it was just the SE, but thats what I have..
  3. Take some pictures! We should be able to tell.
  4. You say when turning OR going over bumps, so if the car is stopped and you turn the wheel do you get the clunk? Sounds like either the steering rack bushing or possibly strut mounts to me.
  5. Awesome, Ill watch for the updates, I'm in for the spacers if I can get them before Christmas! Evan
  6. Any updates on the spring spacers? Ever since I installed the AC lift and Nx4 spacer the back is sitting lower than the front whenever I have just a few things in the back, seems like this would be perfect..
  7. I have the same thing, but its been doing it for at least two years, or since I've owned the truck. I just thought it might be the driveshaft making a bit of a hum or something. Maybe someone a bit more knowledgable in this area will chime in soon though. Mine is a manual though.
  8. Negligible, but a 265/70/16 will also work as I mentioned earlier.
  9. I had 265/70/16 BFG AT's (30.7x10.43) on my stock suspension and stock wheels, for the first couple months I had a tiny bit of rubbing, then nothing. So, I don't see why 31's wont work.
  10. For me, it would depend what kind of tires you have right now and how much tread they have left. If the tires are good tires and they aren't holding you back off road, I'd go lift first. If the tires are just crappy street tires or something, get the 31's and save up for the lift after.
  11. Thats approx. 32x9.25.. If your lifted and the rims have the right backspacing, there shouldn't be any problem fitting. If your not lifted there will probably be some trimming you'll have to do.
  12. Im not sure of the backspacing on your wheels, but I know that a 10.43" wide tire on stock 2000 wheels is about an inch from touching the strut so I personally couldn't run a 12.5 without spacers.
  13. Yes, thanks for the reply, the shop I'm dealing with was able to do a test fit for me and it was tight, but there was enough room with the 15" wheel. So pretty much everyone agrees that a 33x10.5 will be better than a 32x11.5?
  14. Just a thought, but i feel like the OP wanted to know if they actually changed anything between 1999.5/2000 to see whether theirs is a 1999.5 or a 2000?
  15. The pathy is the best vehicle I've had for the winter, its never let me down. As long as you have a good battery and a block heater you shouldn't have any troubles.
  16. Sorry, I should have clarified. The wheels I'm going to be using are 15" pro comps, not the 16" stockers in the pictures. Thanks for the input so far! Captandy, your truck looks awesome, I'm just wondering how fender flares will affect rubbing if I go with the 33's
  17. Hey guys, its almost time for new tires and I'm debating between the two sizes mentioned. I know that both sizes have been done by members so I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has any experiences to share. The less trimming (hopefully none) the better. The tires will be BFG All Terrains. Current size is 265/70/16. Specs of the vehicle: 2000 with 2" AC lift, 1" nx4 strut spacers, 15x8 pro comp wheels with 3.75" backspacing Thanks in advance for any information anyone can share.
  18. Not too sure about the quality of the snake racing spacers but I like the fact the come in a few sizes. I've gotta say though that the NX4 spacer is a nice product and has a much better price tag. However, it does only come in one size (1")..
  19. You can buy OME coils from AC's website as well, maybe that's what they meant. They are definitely different springs as I was previously running OME's in the rear and switched them out for AC's and its a different lift height.
  20. It's really a personal preference on springs depending how much lift you want, AC will provide a little more. I just finished installing the AC springs and a 1" spacer from Daddy Rim and I couldn't be happier! That was after much personal debating between OME and AC, but I'm happy with the little extra lift that AC provides.
  21. Welcome! A little trick about 4x4parts that worked for me... Instead of adding the springs to your shopping cart as a set, search for them, then add them separately (front and rear). I did it this way and the shipping quote was about 30 bucks less! Hope that makes sense and can save you some cash.
  22. Will one 1 3/4 camber bolts be enough per side after 2" lift, or will I need two per side? http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1023743

1 should be plenty. These aren't very good for offroad/high load usage though...

Would two of these be better? (one for each side) They say they allow for +/- 2 degrees of adjustment.. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/IEC-35420/

Nope, just use 1 unless you have to use 2 (you shouldn't) the less chance of things moving the better.

  23. There's basically three options, Automotive Customizers, OME (ARB), or Ironman. A guaranteed way to get them is to order them, but shipping and duties to Canada can be pricey. Another option is to find a shop that can order in one of the above. I know some out west here can get OME springs, but your probably out of luck finding a shop that can order the other two. If your set on 2 inches of lift, the AC springs are the 2 inch ones, otherwise OME/Ironman will give a little less lift.
  24. Im interested to see how the Ironman lift plays out. No, i just have had OME 922 in the rear for about a year now, front is all still stock. I like them, but im thinking about just switching it all up for AC springs for that little bit of extra lift (i have to do the front anyways this summer)
