Maybe, but likely a cat. Lysol is fixing it, a few more treatments and it should be clear.

Anyone know where to get these without buying the entire switch? Mine are all tore up.

Timing belt age unknown
kidscollegefund replied to kidscollegefund's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Yeah, 180k on the truck so even if the previous owner changed it on the recommended interval it is about due again. On the 'to do list' for next weekend. Thanks. -
Timing belt age unknown

That is what I figured, it is next on the list. How much should it cost to have it done? -
So I've had my '98 SE for about a year now and done a bunch of upgrades and maintenance, one thing that keeps botherinig me though is I do not know the age of the timing belt. Any way to find out when this was changed last? No records came with the truck. Can dealership check by VIN to see if they did it?

Do '98 SEs have in cabin air filters? Mine smells like cat piss when I turn on the air.

Had my lift installed last weekend too, for $200 in labor I just had the shop do it. OME HD 928 up front with KYB struts, OME 922 and KYB gas adjust in back. About 1.75 in lift. Rides like a truck, firmer and more controlled...not bouncy and mushy like it was before. Love it.

Yep, got them, rubbed a bit, heat gun fixed that. Haven't had them off road yet to see if they rub under stress. -
What did you do to your Pathfinder today?
kidscollegefund replied to RedRider3141's topic in The Garage
Took a heat gun to my fender well to stop some rubbing, worked perfectly. -
I used these for my aux lights, minimal wiring requirements and works from 150ft away. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000PI9E4K/ref=oss_product

I found one just like that when I was putting my cold air intake in a few months ago, I took it out.

I'm running 31 x 10.5 on stock 15x7 rims on my '98 SE and thinking of getting new rims, do you think these will work? Part No. AX39855883 Size 15" x 8" Offset -19 Backside 3.75 -
Yes, same ones. Amazon.com is your friend.

I did my hubs (and front axles/boots) last week. After about 250 miles, seeing about a 2 mpg improvement on my 30 mile daily commute. Steering feels free-er too. Worthwile improvement for sure.
