i have this cord in my truck that i just bought. its starts from behind the block(engine) and ends by the front left headlight. but the part that's in the front is the inlet. does anyone have any idea what is it for?

I was wondering if a VQ35 from a G/Z or FX would be a direct fit in a 99.5 pathfinder? just wondering if maybe my engine would break (God forbidden)what would be a nice upgrade. possible problem with drivetrain (4x4)? any other easy swaps?

mine does it too! stays lit for about 2-5mins. But now i just give it a BIG push to get into 2x4 and light does go off.

thanks guys! well the bose as many of you know has the limited volume and no mp3 input. I would love to get a double din aftermarket stereo with GPS,DVD touchscreen ETC. but i can seem to find any with detach and if they do, i dont wanna carry a big 7" plate. I've found the solution to the MP3 input on Bose. I have this cassette with the 3.5mm jack that i can easily plug in on my phone! Plus i have the car charger so no worries about battery life. Now if i only need to add the sub i will be set to go this summer.

so i have a bose double din system. and i have a single 12" sub that i was thinking of selling. now my question: is there a way to add the subwoofer with stock bose stereo? thanks in advance! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

i hate being a newbee! well guys ive gotten stuck multiple times but only in like a 3 inches of frozen snow on a flat street. it just spins one wheel. ive tried the hand break but it still does not work. only then i engage 4x4 and i get out no problems.

from a sticker that i found on the rear differential of my truck that reads (LSD oil only). i figured i had LSD. but today i got stuck in snow and i saw that one wheel was not spinning. according to my newbeeness an LSD give equal power to wheels. therefore both wheels should spin? P.S. i did got out!

i sometimes wish my truck had courtesy lights. lets say headlights/fogs stay on for 30 or more secs when i just left the truck. or until i lock using remote. or when i unlock using remote so it will illuminate my path (pathilluminator). or when im unloading thing from the rear lift at night. well does anyone have it? has anyone tried? is it possible?

Thanks again guys! I will dig around and see what up. I'm not good in wiring (although i love it) but i will give it a try and look around for the brain. it does work which i what i like. i wont remove it. I repeat "all i wanna know is how to arm it on demand". it just does it randomly and when it does all i do i press the button and off we go!

is this same button! when i trun off the truck it rapidly flashes for a couple of seconds thats it. when it activates itself it flashes rapidly until i press it and turn the truck on.

well, now that you mention "chip in key" makes me wonder. i start my truck every time with no problem. I have an LED light under the SECURITY light that flashes rapidly when its activated. when that happens i just push the button to start it again. but i wanna know if some one has the same device. and if so how do they activate it?
