  1. I run my 34x10.5x15 super swampers at 35 psi on the road and drop them to 12 psi on the trail
  2. I need the cover that goes over the brake fluid resuvoir for the Master cylinder, is that there?
  3. Here is my rig, like I said I am running 34x10.5x15 Super Swampers but I did my trimming before I ever lifted it... When it was stock I threw a pair of 31x10.5x15 mud terrains on it and had to do some good trimming to get them to fit and then I have never had to trim it since even with the tires I am running.
  4. You can run upto a 36 it all depends on how much trimming you want to do..... Silverpathy probably had to do a good ammount of trimming and tucking to fit 33's the way he did.... With a 4" SFD you should be able to run 33's no problem
  5. Well unless you use 2" lift coils like AC... I am running a 4" SFD with 2" AC lift coils so 6" of toal lift and I am running 34x10.5x15 super swampers, was this what you were talking about?... Are you talking about doing a 6" SFD or adding 2" coil spacers and you have the 2" AC lift coils? I think i got confused but please clarify....
  6. I paid $298.60+shipping to have them made from coilsprings.com and no modification was needed to my spring perches as I had them made to fit my spring perch the only thing is like I said I had to add a 1" leveling rubber spacer. For reference my order number is 1872 with them if you want to get another set made it took 2 months to get mine in I believe. I love how my truck handles I have no rear sway bar and beefed up the front sway bar with getting some custom grease able heavy duty sway bar end links made... since it is IFS in the front and it doesn't really flex I just leave my front sway bar connected all the time. There is definitely a noticeable difference but not to much.... You just can't take sharp turns fast..... But when I get on the trail I have so much flex in my rear axle that I make some jeep owners jealous lol. That is no good, I am actually trying to get a set of 4links made right now because my bushings are going to be on there way out soon; its just a little more money than it would be to put new bushings plus it will re-center my axle. And then I have to get a drive shaft made. I personally wouldn't go higher than your 4" SFD because not only will the steering have to be extended more but your brake lines and a couple other lines along with causeing unwanted stress on your drivetrain and might have to get a front drive shaft made.... Plus your stock 4link will only handle 6" of lift unless you get another built and if you lift the front 2" more it will be raked.... I am actually doing research on a SAS right now which should give me about 8"-9" and the benefits of a solid axle helps! Anyways I will quit my rambling and if you have any other questions let me know.
  7. I ordered custom rear coil springs copying the coils tmorgan has in his beast from coil springs.com which I believe i ordered at 4.9" in diameter to fit my spring perch and 6" over stock height with a spring rate of 180lbs but in the end it sagged a extra inch so i added a 1" rubber coil leveling spacer which evened it out. Right now its just sitting in my driveway un til i can do some wheel bearings, raises, and new seals... The mud and water takes its toll.
  8. I am running 34x10.5x15 Super Swampers I have a 4" SFD and 2" Lift coils
  9. You got Spacers from Alex? Why didnt you go with Shift220?
  10. You can go rent a ball joint press from a auto parts store for $100 and then return it and get your monety back... thats what I did.... took maybe 15 minutes... Mechanic shops do it all the time unless they have one... or you could just go to a shop and they would charge you maybe $15? I have the same setup as you big bolt on the bottom which is made into the axle and small bolt on top.... I had to change the bushing for the big bolt.
  11. I went to Advanced Auto parts and ordered Rancho RS5000's for a 2000 F250 with a 4" lift and customized the bushing with the metal sleeve on the shock because it is not a direct bolt on and will have to be modified. I just bought some extra bushings and cut the rubber lips off the bushing in the shock and after heating it up I pushed it out with a ball joint press and the new one slid right in. I had to use the ball joint press because the F250 rancho bushings have a metal sleeve in it that squeezes the bushing in. That is what I did but you may decide to go a different route; as for mounting I just mounted it regular.
  12. Sculptr: It's not important to me at all, just like Pezzy said I was just looking for support; if you dont like me or my rig or don't think I deserve TOTM you don't have to vote for it..... I am also just trying to bring awareness to the TOMT catagory and would like to see more R50's in it. I do have to say I have seen R50 involvement a little more lately... My1 path: a 2 door would be awsome! and I like all Pathfinders and up in my area alot of WD21 owners are in awe of my rig and I point them to NPORA. Surprised I havent seen any new members from up in this area as I give them my S/N when I give them the NPORA info.
  13. I have been trying to go for TOTM on here and it seems that older pathys seem to dominate the voting. Anyways heres the pic I put in for; and actually just got into the whole TOTM thing when I was exploring the forums and noticed it. Any support would be appreciated and hopefully I win!Heres the link to voting and heres my pic. Plus my birthday was Sept 23 if that counts lol. 14. nope thats just dried mud on the rim... always good to hav a spare just in case.... had to change a tire on the trail a couple weeks ago
  15. Thanks for the tip, I was going to pressure test the system this week and see what it does... The good thing is I have another DD that I can drive around while I am trying to figure out whats happening with my pathy... Although I took it out yesterday and wheeled the sh*t out of it and it never went above halfway on the temp gauge...
  16. Just so you R50 owners can see the pics as the topic got moved to a picture section under the General Topics forum which I actually never knew exhisted.... Anyways here they are again as I wanted them viewed in this forum.
  17. Well my radiator is clean i checked it out, when i went to go put the thermostat in today the radiator was 25% filled.... where did my water go? Maybe the overflow is cracked? And I flush my radiator every so often because of the mud and abuse I put my truck through.... It is definitly not the belt and the fan clutch is perfect; I just replaced it when my a/c compressor went out because I noticed it wasn't working properly. Once I put water in, it started to run normal but a little hot but not as hot as before so I put a new thermostat in and its perfect now. My only question is where could my water have gone?
  18. So i was going with about 5 buddies to hit the trail last night and noticed I was running a little hot when we got onto the trails.... The temp gauge was literally 90% up almost to the H; so I turned my engine off and popped the hood and let it cool down for a few because my radiator was boiling; after it cooled down I checked all the fluids and they were ok, started it back up and went maybe a mile and it shot right back up, turned the heat full blast and it cooled down a little to half way. Decided to call it a night and left to go home and ran my heater full blast the whole way home and if I was going above 40 mph it stayed cool but when i stopped at a red light it got hot again.... So i am thinking its my thermostat.... Its $25 with a new gasket so I am going to change it out and hope thats it. Any other ideas?
  19. Correct but I also added a 1" leveling rubber spacer so its 4+2+1 and now 7" of lift. I am running 34x10.5x15 TSL Super Swampers now.
  20. Not the cleanest but they are rims. I actually dont remember the last time my pathy was fully clean....
  21. SO I need a set of fender flares, or specifically the driver side rear flare; I tore mine off while doing some night wheeling and have never been able to find it.... Does anyone have a set or would be willing to sell me that one?
  22. Here is the SAS I have been looking for, anyone hae any other good ones that give good info? http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=22160
  23. Boosted has the right idea lol, he has the blunt in his hand.... Yea he is in new england for the next few weeks; it was a crazy night partying with Afroman lol.
