Yeah I think gas prices are so jumpy right now, even the stations are having a hard time keeping up with posting the right prices. Just yesterday, I noticed EACH and every station with at least $2.39 a gallon...thats anywhere in the city. Usually places that are farther out there...in the middle of nowhere, in my experience tend to have higher priced gas. But I found out that wasn't the case. Found a ma and pa place that has it for like $2.29. I didn't fill up but I swear, the farther west you go, the more it is. You east coasters are finding gas for less than $2.00 a gallon? I wish!!!

LOL :cool2: You couldn't look inside my rear windows if you tried. Having 5% tint over the stock mirror tint, really makes it impossible, even in broad daylight.

Yeah I've never though highly of XOC either. Too cliquey(sp) and everyone feels like they have something to prove. "My rig is better than yours...", "my skidplates are stronger...". Who the **** cares. People are forgetting something. The message board is just a medium for people with similar interests to collaborate and talk and get together. Yeah...it defintely is cool/cold but not ice cold like I remember it was when I first bought her 2 1/2 years ago. But then again, I HARDLY ever use it. I think I've only used it on a handful of occassions since ownership. Having a black car doesn't help the cause...I usually just roll all the windows down anyways.

Yeah, I would just consider getting another vehicle. Vengeful, who's that on the AC board who did that to their frontier...SAS'd and 4wd conversion...I forget. I know they have a site with pics of the whole process.

What about the R50's? Ran my AC over my road trip over the 4th a couple of times and yes it was cold but not really that cold. Not impressed with it at all. How much would it run to have someone professionally do it on my r50? or how different/difficult to do it myself?

After my vacation/roadtrip last week, I managed to put 1300 miles on the baby. I had a lot of different readings between leg of the trip each way where I filled up because some legs of the trip(3 each way) involved going over a couple of intense mountain passes. So with a full pathy of gear and the gf, we got about 13mpg in the hardest leg of the trip and 16 mpg was the best I got.

Well I got the NGK Iridiums off ebay last year I believe along with the NGK plug wires. Paid about $6 a piece for the iridiums but they are supposed to last way longer than the Plats from what I've heard so I decided to go with those so I won't have to deal with PITA #6 plug very often. Definitely is a difference from the butt dyno swapping out the old Autolite plugs and wires.
