Go out to Target and get look for that coleman bike rack. I got it for $32 on clearance there...it holds the bikes by the tires and those u bars slide down to hold the frame. Way better set up than the ones that hold it by the downtube...

I hate mine....

The antenna has some sway/flex to it. So far its been good. Branches haven't been an issue......yet.

Ok Killvox, here are the pics.

The green dash light that turns on when you are in 4wd no longer illuminates on my dash when 4wd is engaged. Its been that way for a couple of years now...it would just be nice to have that light back. Anyone know the best way ?

I see tons of people around here with their POS cars with the 14" or 15" spinner hubcaps... thats priceless!

Yup, give me a day and I'll snap some pics. Since internet is down at home...I'll up load pics tomorrow at school. Yeah its a Uniden 510xl...Got it for $10 off ebay. The mount was an MK174 by Firestik and the antenna is a Firestik II.

Just installed my Uniden that I've had forever and mounted my 3 ft firestik in the hood channel. Got my SWR's all at 1.0-1.5 across all the channels. What really surprised me was how clear I could hear some of the people on the channels which and I asked them how far away they were and it was over 20 miles.... You guys getting that kind of range too?

Yeah...with my tires there's only a 4.7% discrepency in the reading which IMO isn't that great...1-2mpg I've always figured...

You're right Dean...and I always forget that too... Actually my SE had 265/70/15's and thats equated to 29.6 inches...so how do you think I should compensate for the 31's in figuring out the gas mileage...? So your ScanGauge gives you an accurate mpg reading even with your larger tires?

I think I'm going to have to get these along with my next bulbs... Harness So I don't fry the headlight plugs like I have in the past.

I dunno, I get about 14-15 on the freeway on all my road trips with the car loaded down. When I FIRST the got the pathy and it was bone stock, I was getting like 16-18 with my tiny 235/70/15 pizza cutters. I've just accepted that I can't get any better than 14-15...its been that way for the past 2 years.

Yes, those side rails are the same. I had my existing ones there when I added my 02/03 rack. Just removed the 4 end caps and mounted the new rack there in the same spot. Its really a perfect fit but you will need longer bolts if you don't have any already. Let me know if you have any questions.

I got my Ranchoo 9000x's there and my KYB-GR2's from Tirerack.com of all places because they had the cheapest price. To get to Spokane it took about 2 weeks I recall after placing the order since they're in FL.

So I spent like 15 minutes today on the way back from the store trying to chase down this green R50 that looked like my twin. Same rims, dark tinted windows... We were heading opposite ways on Monroe and I turned around but wasn' able to find them. But hopefully they did see the logo. The guy was wearing Army fatigues and had a "Field Artillery" decal on the back. Spokanites, keep your eyes peeled.
