    Snorkel

    Yeah, Keith aka system-f is a great guy. He's done a lot of stuff that hasn't been done on R50's. I applaude his efforts. But the snorkel...not my cup of tea.
  8. Sounds interesting thats for sure. All we need is a guinea pig. I nominate 88!!! All in favor, say "Aye"!!!!!!
  9. Mmmmmm....6spd Turbo Diesel...::drools::
  10. Y'know you should really try exploring the forum...you might actually FIND the answers you need. IF you go into the Garage and look at the older Pinned topics, you'll find a whole bunch of links to parts websites.
  11. Geeez man, that sounds like a huge bill. Well from only what you've mentioned, I still can't picture the bill coming to that much... Enlighten us on some of the other "random things."
  12. How many SUV's do you know of that have no option for Manual?

  15. Oh yeah, this thread is about the X!
  16. Here's the page with a ton of Japanese R50's and WD21's. Japanese Pathy's Here are a couple of standouts that I like. http://www3.coara.or.jp/~takenao/member/mem28.htm http://www3.coara.or.jp/~takenao/member/mem23.htm http://www3.coara.or.jp/~takenao/member/mem34.htm http://www3.coara.or.jp/~takenao/member/mem30.htm
  17. Who's car is that? Dean you got some Revos?
  18. Nah guys...its not me with the final decision. I was just the thread starter. And I know when I posted this, there were other members who also had the same idea. I know the Pezzinator and derogate are both capable in putting together a design after seeing their examples. So I'll say to everyone, GET STARTED! That way, just like the process in getting the final look of the stickers, we can just put up copies and have peope comment on them and edit them from there. What do you think guys? Another thought was, do we can them to have lots of colors? I mean if we wanted them professionally printed, then we'd have to go through the hassle of funding it, distributing it to everyone etc etc... My original thought was to have a template/hard copy so that members can just print them up off their own printer at their own cost and distribute it themselves.
  19. None for me so far! But hopefully that wil change soon!
  20. I don't know if you already put them in by now or not but last year when I did my cap, rotor, and NGK wires, I also swapped in some Iridium IX's... I had the gapping tool as well but I made the mistake of trying to gap it. And yes the electrode is TINY and broke the tip right off of it. And I bought 6 plugs off ebay for cheap and I was in the middle of the swap when it happened. I ahd to scramble all over town to just find ONE IX and finally did at Napa. Long story short, don't gap the iridium ix's. They come pregapped at factory spec and should be left alone especially with the electrode tip the way they are.
  21. Well I know of a shop in town that would do it...they charge normal shop prices and that might cost you some $$$ but they are trustworthy and that alone could save you money in the long run!
