And i also put in some tranny treatment which was kinda thick now im trying to get it out.(Lucas) is $1500 for a retran good it is a sports transmission with 5 (instead of 4) gears and 9 clutches (instead of 5) its from a good trany shop (PHXRETRAN)

Should I run my exhaust w/o a catalyst converter with my 2 1/2 in. pipe and my flowmaster 40 muffler? I have a new cat in there too so im trying to decide if i should cut it out. Im trying to get rid of that annoying high pitched exhaust note at high rpm. its kinda raspy sounding. Or i could run with the cat and get headers and run the 2 1/2 in. pipe to the muffler and run 3in. pipe out of the muffler and out the rear. (ive heard when you run smaller pipe to larger pipe it smooths or deepens the exhaust sound) sly

Do you have a aftermarket cd player? if so it might be the illumination wire or the ignition wire maybe the rear stock amps arent working anymore.
-
Is there really an amp behind the deck? ive never really checked back there. mine is a 95 so it might be different (maybe)
-
BTW im running 5x7 infinitys front and rear.
-
it really sucks when you get to the rear speakers(roof mounted versions) cuz if you try to use 5x7s you cant get the speaker covers back on then your new speakers are prone to getting punched out (anyone know a way to make 5x7s fit flush to get the covers back on, send them this way)! and for the fronts i just cut out the back of the basket thing and i used insalation(?) tape to seal up the small gap between the basket and the back of the cone. I used the tape for the rear too for the same reason. -alcohol-

Its still a very cheap way to go. kinda easy too

Whoa, I just got my manifold exhaust leak fixed
ChromoTech replied to a topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
Just tap the broken stud and drill it out you may have to remove the manifold to get a good look at it. -
I also found these which look good. http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product...modelId-5001571

And if it is the original cooler you need to get a new radiator style cooler that fits infront of your engine radiator.

I got some nice chrome 15x8 rims for $55 a rim at Discount Tire Co.

Nissan has a 100,000 mile free replacement policy for the defective manifolds but most of the time only the studs are broke so the manifolds dont have to be replaced they just replace them with better quality studs and replace the exhaust gasket. If yours has over 100k miles thay wont honor the policy. My 95 has 128,000 miles and just getting 2 new studs replaced cost me alittle over 200 dollars! Now I have another leak forming some where so im just gonna say screw the manifolds and there crapy studs, im going with headers! around $200 for pacesetters (eeegh) but there better than the manifolds.

Cant you replace just the pads or do you have to get new drums too

that weld probably is for the threads going into the pipe for the sensor to screw into.
