Yea I guess the resavor has like a sensor in it so if your fluid gets low enough the sensor will detect it and it will show up on your dash. I thought i had my ebrake on but i didnt but the BRAKE light was on and the ABS light was on too but only when I would take corners cuz I would catch a glimps of it while turning and not while going straight . so i go out and checked the level of fluid and sure enough it was low

Check your brake fluid levels mine did that when ever I took a right hand turn and my fluid levels were low

well I just took my truck into the tranny shop to get the new one put in but it wont be done till at the most Friday so im without a vehical for like 3 days or so. has anyone ever heard of http://www.phoenixhardparts.com/index.asp?...PROD&ProdID=137 ?? or PHXRETRAN

I had the exact rims stock (nice) then i traded them for some rivited 32x15x10.50 rims with 32x15x12.50 BFG A/T tires(50% tread) which rubbed like crazy on everything so I just sold those for like $85 and got some brand new 15x8 chrome rims with new 31x15x10.50 BFG A/T tires (sweet) but those stock rims are nice and dont rust or peel easily plus you can fit up to like 31x15x11.50 on them

Well I finally got the cone intake on the other day. I got the adapter and just took a round file and filed out the holes to make the bolts fit through, put some duct tape over the gaps, used the gasket that was on there originaly ( I used the bolts from the stock setup) and just installed the cone and wuala it worked great. now my truck makes a nice low rumble when I stomp the gas. the low rumble of the intake and my exhaust note together make for a loud fairly good sound and more power too!

1 check your a/t fluid level and condition of the fluid. 2 its been sitting for how long? that will make the battery weak. 3 check your brake fluid level. if your fluid level is low enough the BRAKE light will come on or the ABS light will come on. and try resetting the computer too (disconnect the pos batt cable and leave off for about 3-5 min then reconnect cable)

how do you know if your starter is goingout? sometimes my truck doesnt even turn over for like 3 turns of the key, it just clicks and then finally it starts fine.

Or I could run 3in. pipe all the way to the muffler and convert to dual exhaust 2in. and dump it off before the rear tires.

Maybe the headers will make it sound better(Thorley)

I dont like where the rear speakers are. cuz they get punched out easely

And the amps for the rear speakers are in the back too there behind the right panel behind the back seat under the window

the rear speaker covers just pop off is your rear speakers mounted in the roof?

Its about a inch and a half above the max line! while running hot. it gets so hot i can feel the heat through the floorboard. and it hates going on the highway too long.

Right now i have 2 1/2 in. pipe from the Y pipe out the back with a new cat and the flowmaster 40 that i want to change come next paycheck(friday)

Go to walmart they have pioneer 4x6 speakers for $40 per set i have infinity speakers 4x6s i had the pioneers when i first got the truck and they worked great.

my tranny is over filled with fluid could that be what is causing my problems??(slipping and overheating) Im trying to save alot of money by ruling out possible problems. And i also put in some tranny treatment which was kinda thick now im trying to get it out.(Lucas) is $1500 for a retran good it is a sports transmission with 5 (instead of 4) gears and 9 clutches (instead of 5) its from a good trany shop (PHXRETRAN)

Should I run my exhaust w/o a catalyst converter with my 2 1/2 in. pipe and my flowmaster 40 muffler? I have a new cat in there too so im trying to decide if i should cut it out. Im trying to get rid of that annoying high pitched exhaust note at high rpm. its kinda raspy sounding. Or i could run with the cat and get headers and run the 2 1/2 in. pipe to the muffler and run 3in. pipe out of the muffler and out the rear. (ive heard when you run smaller pipe to larger pipe it smooths or deepens the exhaust sound) sly

Do you have a aftermarket cd player? if so it might be the illumination wire or the ignition wire maybe the rear stock amps arent working anymore.
