  2. Hopefully the Drunk Driving laws are tough up there; if it's anything like the gun laws that drunk is toast.
  3. My A/C blows cold in my old & new one; never had it charged yet; my parts pathy still blows freezing cold air. Only downside to a Pathy is frame rust (in some areas of the country that use way 2 much road salt, and gas mileage. Everything else is workable (IMO)

  6. Wont hurt anything, bypassing those stock amps will save you alot of backround hiss.

  8. I havent replaced one yet on my Pathy; no leaks yet!
  9. the best part of the arb is on the road it is open and off the road it is locked; I am getting one for my 95 which could use mechanical but in WI the damn ICE & Snow & add towing a snowmobile trailer = spend extra $ on an air locker (I was going to get a cheaper mechanical locker until I though about an unexpected offroad adventure with sled & trailer attached. Worth the extra $ for peace of mind/safety.

Very true on determining what to spend on our old trucks, I'm very happy with my Thorleys; moving them to my non-rusted frame Pathy as soon as my body lift is done (got rid of my 91 300zx to upgrade my truck (& pay some hefty speeding fines)) I blame Stillen for the speed problem! Better off with headers either way though
  13. Thanks once again; ordering one; wifey is going to break my legs soon as the CC bill gets here. Have to tell her it's AC, Summit & NPORA boards pressuring me into upgrades. Still get my legs broke; but at least I won't have to get out of the truck and try to get unstuck (if I hurry and get them installed before the bill gets here!) Mike

After doing a bunch of searching & reading & searching this kick-arse forum (I think I saved myself alot of unnecessary swapping and re-swapping) I was going to swap my diffs as my SE (with rusted rear frame) has LSD & my "new" 95 XE is open diff & rear drum but as I read I noticed alot of posts in my search saying LSD cannot ad a locker; So I guess I keep the open diff and it's gearing and swap the rear disc over at a later time. So I will keep my open diff in and add the locker (unless anyone disagrees with this option) Included the link to summits page with the locker I am to purchase.   19. Just got my B&M remote tranny filter, plate trans. cooler, and transdapt dual oil filter relocation. (as I have seen others making happy pathies with these products) But question is do I still change the standard trans. filter at the recommended time, along with the remote? (I am at work and wife called saying it was delivered; so I haven't read any "constructions" yet; but will tonite) Mike
  20. Good Luck Red! I bought another pathy from Cali to get a good frame, as my frame was Wisconsinized by the 10 kilos of salt per meter here in the winter(I even used metric terminology!)
