  1. Sorry for wizzing in the wind yesterday; got out of a 3 hour meeting, no coffee and a guy that just talked jibberjabber and wasted my entire morning. (Tractor Shipping Logistics for 3 hours, listening to cost comparisons = grumpy old man (not that old but...) So I apoligise fer that one (doesn't happen often and you's guys are like extended family (West coast based!-)) Mike

  3. Feel like a 15 year old in a damn coffee shop; chess anyone? I'm smarter than you! Yeah I banged yer ol' lady... (not directed at anyone just laughin' with ya!-) Back on subject. Get a daily driver is best option for a long commute (I squeeze into a corolla for my 70 mile round trip) and then blow all the cash I save on my Pathfinder, and the rest goes on the credit card. Since the capitalist law of Big Dolla Credit card bills states I don't have to pay it back as the world is going to end in 2012; so I can keep transferring balances for the next 4 years. Yeah thats what it sounds like... !-)
  4. Just added a 1.4 mm on each side (went to the "stealer" and they couldn't help me as they could only sell me a carrier?) Rosen Nissan SUX So I pulled my spare carrier and pulled 2 from it. Bought it and was told by owner it was open (no sticker on it) pulled it to put in my lockrite and F*** it was LSD. squeals a bit on the offramps but not having my rear sway in is more "noticeable"!-) hunting for an open diff also!-) as the tight LSD is better than LSD but a but a locker would be much better, Shafts are the same also (I have drum on one disk on the "parts" truck. (swapping after I get the other crap on that is piled in garage)
  5. It's not a neccesity so EMU doesn't bring it up to keep the total $ down for a lift. It will beat down your half shafts though; I have a calmini setup so can't give you feedback on them other than I would trust the guys that say steer away from AC's.
  6. I'd wait a year or 2; then bust a knee on him; or since he is old a hip!-) Patience makes you fall off the radar, so nothing comes back to you; or feed him to some real pigs
  7. Need an R-type emblem on the back also!! Had a local put one on his Z; I think pink 13" walmart spinners were stock on the outback edition
  8. Have 2 other Jeeps going for sure; just seeing if the MXO guys wanted to come with. I'll meet up with them sometime though! (We are still going to the pipeline on Memorial Day!-) Just not posting about it so I don't have to whoop anyones ass crying how as a ***** member I should avoid it that weekend. This isn't Cuba; so those guys can go screw themselves as can the DNR.

  17. yep mine ground a little then alot (sounded EXACTLY like a throwout bearing) so I put it off; had to have bearings replaced... syncros and all were fine(rusted frame broke after 3 months though!-) Sound goes away once pressure on the shaft stops it from wobbling.
  18. nothing inside should fall apart as the splined shaft is inside the drivers side wheel well; Tough to lengthen it if you are a rust belter!-) I beat the snot out of mine to get it to lengthen along with PB Blaster and a torch
