Get a daily driver is best option for a long commute (I squeeze into a corolla for my 70 mile round trip) and then blow all the cash I save on my Pathfinder, and the rest goes on the credit card. Since the capitalist law of Big Dolla Credit card bills states I don't have to pay it back as the world is going to end in 2012; so I can keep transferring balances for the next 4 years. Yeah thats what it sounds like... !-)

Just added a 1.4 mm on each side (went to the "stealer" and they couldn't help me as they could only sell me a carrier?) Rosen Nissan SUX So I pulled my spare carrier and pulled 2 from it. Bought it and was told by owner it was open (no sticker on it) pulled it to put in my lockrite and F*** it was LSD. squeals a bit on the offramps but not having my rear sway in is more "noticeable"!-) hunting for an open diff also!-) as the tight LSD is better than LSD but a but a locker would be much better, Shafts are the same also (I have drum on one disk on the "parts" truck. (swapping after I get the other crap on that is piled in garage)

It's not a neccesity so EMU doesn't bring it up to keep the total $ down for a lift. It will beat down your half shafts though; I have a calmini setup so can't give you feedback on them other than I would trust the guys that say steer away from AC's.

I'd wait a year or 2; then bust a knee on him; or since he is old a hip!-) Patience makes you fall off the radar, so nothing comes back to you; or feed him to some real pigs

yep mine ground a little then alot (sounded EXACTLY like a throwout bearing) so I put it off; had to have bearings replaced... syncros and all were fine(rusted frame broke after 3 months though!-) Sound goes away once pressure on the shaft stops it from wobbling.

nothing inside should fall apart as the splined shaft is inside the drivers side wheel well; Tough to lengthen it if you are a rust belter!-) I beat the snot out of mine to get it to lengthen along with PB Blaster and a torch
