MonoMax might be a little stiff for my tastes but I definitely like how the Gas-A-Justs make R50s ride so I'm going to try them out.

What about the KYB Gas-A-Justs? I know that is what the dealer installs on R50s.

Before anyone starts complaining, YES I used the search before posting. I am looking for a new set of shocks. I found these Bilsteins (clicky) on 4x4 parts with the help of a member here but I have a few questions about them: 1. Are the images posted correspond to the actual product? 2. If 1 is true then why is there a boot on them? Boots aren't very good for SUV application because crap can get trapped inside them. 3. Is that a good price for them? Looks like it is to me. 4. Do they actually fit? I know it says they do but would like to verify that. 5. What is the difference between the Sports and the Non-sports shock? I would like a smoother ride, not hard as a rock. Before anyone posts anything, NO RANCHO SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!! Rancho shocks are "Twin-tube" and I am only willing to get "Mono-tube" shocks because of their superior construction and longevity. What about KYB Gas-A-Justs? That is what the dealers put on R50s.

I still think it will be a wasted effort and won't do anything to the throttle response or at least not enough to feel the difference.

Ok so suppose air is compressible but would there really be a benefit on moving it closer? How about all the drawbacks like making the sensor run hotter?

What color is the fouling? Can you take a picture of the bottom of the spark? At least use that. I still think your timing is off a tooth.

What?! No camshaft swapping? Put the 3.0 cams in that 3.3 and you can take off like crazy. That is a sweet swap! I would like to have the same with possibly the 3.0 cams and my headers. Bookmarked!!

There is a vacuum inside the boot already. It would not make a difference if the sensor is 3 inches away or 6 inches away as long as there is no leak between the sensor and the throttle plate. Nissan would integrate the MAF grid into the throttle body if that were the case.

That's not how it works with the MAF sensor and the distance is short enough already.

The Thorley ones WILL pass ANY state inspection. The inspectors thought those were factory exhaust manifolds that's how good Thorley makes their headers.

You will have to pull the cluster and change the dashboard voltage regulator.

I used super 77 to attach that vinyl. The left side is perfect but the right side now has wrinkles so it looks like your grandma.
