  1. The max motor is suppoted on a Cross Member, not by the frame. Just some clarity...
  2. I re-used my Head bolts....
  3. I greased the ever loving sh!t out of mine when I installed them.... Never had a squeaking problem prior to the install of the kit. Its the only thing that bugs me about the set up... And the only time it really bugs me is during Hunting Season, which is upon us....
  4. Now your making me think, that or instead of the turn indicator on the dash flashing, your AT/Brake light flashed??? The only time I can remember seeing those on at the same time, was typically after my Alt belt broke.... Its late, ive had 6 shots of Vodka with 6 tsp of Pepper.....

  7. ummm??? The alignment of the marks appear to be correct, was the pic of the crank pulley taken when the cam gears were aligned with the marks on the back cover? If all of these are taken at the same time and or with all the marks lined up, then I believe the challenge is: The dizzy looks like its pointing at #3 instead of #1.... Having never seen a R50 Dizzy/Cap i dont know

  10. 1. Please fill out your profile, Location ect... 2. Tick, Tick on cold starts is almost always a broken exhaust stud or 3 3. Screw Driver Mechanics can change their own Timing Belts.... if one of us is close, we might even offer to let you use our garages.... 4. Cost me $10 to have my manifold Decked:) 5. If your going to spend that kind of $$$$ upgrade to some Thorley Headers...
  11. I just got off the phone with Calmini.... The Bushings I have are the same as the "Replacement Bushing"..... The will still Squeak.... sooner or later...

  13. LSD will click, my daughter whines about it almost every day... I tell her not to turn the corners so tight.... I know she wont say Sh!t when the snow flies and she goes everywhere....

  15. Noticed while changing the Knock Sensor.... 1. Remove upper Plenum chamber and associated connections. Reach around and see if you can get at the little sucker.... 2. Remove fuel rails or Disconnect the wiring harness/connectors at the Injectors and fish the wiring out... 3. Remove Intake Manifold.... 4. Theres that little bugger..... My bet is he broke the injector... it is pretty easy to do... Run your ECU Codes,OOPPS!!! R50..... Drive down to AutoZone and have them Check the Codes, it will most likely point you in the directions you need to go. Canister Connections are pretty easy, but they can be crossed and cause issues... Even a small Vaccume Leak will cause headaches... If the connectors on the injectors were crossed, connectors to your Dizzy....
  16. ^^ Or there might be a Sparkplug tool in your Tire change kit... Remove and replace 1 at a time, anti-sieze....
  17. Its a handy little pipe wrench If your going to take it over to American Brake and Muffler... Let me know when and I will go with, get them to give you a decent deal...
  18. There is a set for 87-89, and a Set for the 90-95... We believe the "With out Lift" is referring to the Trail Master Lift On Friday I looked at a Pathy with 3+3 and they fit perfectly:) Click the link in my Sig... Those are the one I am running...

    But you can Read Just keep an eye on it, watch for oil spots in the morning, check it when checking the oil when you fill up the tank.... I will also recommend cleaning up the oil that is no all over the Starter....
  20. I used the 300ZX Studs on mine with new Lock Nuts and my old Spacers... Recessed Broken Stud... Thats a B!tich... there is a write up on here about it... I should be available this afternoon... Can grab the 91 and show you what they look like installed

    ahhh, out of a Hardbody and not a Max, there may not be a plug, Did you swap oil pans??? the only things on that side of the motor are the Oil Sending Unit Known for blowing out, the Oil Filter, dual seals, and holes in the filter have been noted but cracking the mounting surface, thats not an easy thing to do. You should hang out with us more
