Doug Thorley Headers Group Deal
SteeevO replied to VegasPathfinder's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
Even with the thorleys you should get your exhaust re-ran anyways with 2.5" pipe since thats what the headers were designed to be ran with anyways. -
sorry i was half asleep when i wrote that... is what i mean was to just put a bracket on the top of the diff housing and new bracket in the middle of the crossmember to use one of the stock upper links... of course try to keep the geometry right... hack off the existing upper link mounts and how you have a 3 link.
-
bummer. hack it off along with the other side and put in just a center link.... insta 3-link.

Tierra Del Sol 2008 Only was able to get a few pictures this trip... but the gallery is here: Tierra Del Sol 2008 Pictures
-
or you can all just move to so cal... and homework and studying can technically be done in the desert.... but being stuck in an igloo i can see being a problem....
-
I hope everyone was ok, sucks the pathfinder is gone. But, i do think it's cool that a past pathy owner (now owning 2 Jeeps) is dropping in for a visit on NPORA... and over the last year... i guess it's grown a bit... maybe slick knows exactly how much it's grown. (nudges slick, this is the part where she is supposed to get out the graphs and pointing stick)

So the Thread on who is all going to Tierra Del Sol - Desert Safari has been pretty dang dead... It's going to be a good time this weekend in Ocotillo Wells. lots of wheeling, lots of vendors, lots of people, lots of lots, and the raffle has over $75K in prizes this year... so all you non-attendees must have some good reasons to not show up.... I'll post up pics when i get back.

High Desert Roundup - by Cal4Wheel - May 23-26 Operation Desert Fun - by Cal4Wheel - Oct 18 High Octane Motorsports Expo @ California Speedway - March 14 - 16 Pomona Off Road Expo - April 4 - 6 in Pomona, CA Tin Benders Johnson Valley Cleanup April 25 - 27 Pomona Off-Road Expo Oct 3- 5 in Pomona, CA I also have a calendar on the Rugged Rocks site that i try to keep updated: Rugged Rocks Calendar of Events
-
I didn't even realize we had a calendar... we need to load it up with events... eventhough we are all over the world i don't think it'll get too confusing unless we end up with like 10 events on every weekend from all over the world....
-
I was just thinking that if we had an event calendar posted up here that more nissan enthusiasts/npora members would show up cause we'd all know about it.... what do you all think??
-
yeah thats right, just make sure they are all tightened evenly so it sits flush against the head.
-
Did u check your CC statement to make sure you got charged? If you continue to have probelms with these guys let me know, i can get you tires.
-

http://naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=939130&page=17 Yeah the jeeps doods were actaually talking positive about a few of our nissans they saw pass'n through cleghorn last sunday...
-
I'm not familiar with those tires but let me tell you... I wouldn't trade my pahty for any other rig. even if it was still IFS. These pathfinders are great trucks. end of story.
-
yeah i see what you are saying, with the 10:1 Atlas 4SP you will have around 190:1 i believe. but whatver floats your boat. this just means you have options. and the shafts need to be done in a run to keep costs down, can't just make a pair a of shafts but if we can get my hands on a shaft so they can draw it up and give us quotes i wouldn't mind checking into it at all.
-
ah, that makes more sense now... oh that t-case adapter project that kinda got dropped last year is back in the running and parts are being turned as we speak. should be testing very soon.
-
the 33 spline chromoly shafts will still be stronger than a 33 spline stock shaft. but this is seriously what i'm working on.
-
Yup,all those measurements are at the neckdown for the splines. but the 33 Spline H233B shafts don't neck down. and... nope not kidding, and it's more thatn just looking into.... it's more like the shafts are getting drawn up in the computer as we speak. We are in the process of putting together a kit for Upgrading to 33 Spline Chromoly's with ARB Locker. [[stay Tuned]]

H233b 31-spline diameter - 1.26" H233b 33-spline diameter - 1.31" D44 Diameter - 1.37"

the h233b is what you have as a rear axle from nissan stock.
