  1. I just wanted to put a word out that Rugged Rocks puts out a e-mail newsletter as new products are brought into the aftermarket and as more products are made available through rugged rocks. We also send out Trail Run notifications when we want to get a good sized group of nissans down here in So. Cal to go wheel. Some of the products that have been announced in the past are the New HD Pathfinder Links, the RD135 ARB Locker, Atlas Transfercase Adapter, ARB Titan Front Bumper, M226 ARB Locker, and lots more. including any specials that may be going on. we'll continue to keep our newsletter subscribers in the loop of future products including those that Rugged Rocks plans on bringing out this year for the (W)D21 trucks. I've got a long list of products that i'm planning on working on this year that i'm sure you all would like to see as well.. to sign up for the e-mail newsletter go to http://ruggedrocksoffroad.com/newsletter.php
  2. The pre-ordering window is now open! The clock is ticking, we need atleast 6 pairs of links pre-ordered within the next 2 weeks (by april 22nd) to make this happen. if the required pre-order minimum is not met by april 22nd, then all pre-orders will be refunded. otherwise we'll have the links made and shipped. Please feel free to e-mail me or call me with any questions you may have.
  3. so you saw the new product thats listed in there? i havent seen it yet... do i think the links will hold up? of course.
  4. Congrats man! But 'm still bummed that drove ALL OVER the city today looking for the june 09 copy... just so i can look at the new products listings.... There is supposed to be a new nissan product in there... Yes, somethng is up my sleeve.
  5. mines been doing it for atleast 2 years that i know of.. it's kinda funny because people on the trail will be like.. WAIT! your tire is leaking air!
  6. Mine has a hissing sounds as well. It's most likely your fuel pump.
  7. After running the Atlas for 6 months, I've finally got the blog together on how to install it. You can check it out here: http://ruggedrocksoffroad.com/blog/2009/04...-time-to-crawl/
  8. would you be able to leave it with ReadyLift for 2 - 3 days? and does it have the stock suspension?
  9. But we're only weeks away! ha no worries though. We'll see how the pre-orders go now that we've given it some time and it wasn't a surprise for everyone.
  10. The original plan was just to level the truck since i have been getting e-mails from people looking for spacers. but they most likely can do a small lift in the rear and raise the front to match. calling So. Cal R50's!!
  11. I spoke to ready lift today and i asked them if they would be willing to produce leveling spacers for the R50. they are more than happy to make them, but first we need a stock R50 that they can use to make the first set. they'll need the truck for 2 - 3 days and the owner of that truck will get free leveling spacers. Ready Lift is located in Santa Ana, CA If you are interested in loaning your truck out for a few days in exchange for leveling spacers. please let me know so i can get you in contact with the right people at readyLift. My direct number is 909-374-0711, also feel free to send me e-mails or PM me. Once these spacers are put into production, Rugged Rocks will have them available. -Steven
  12. you should be able to do it right on the ground without a jack or stands or anything
  13. Mine had cracked on me.. i went in to nick (i live 20 min away) and they replaced them. and for a little extra cash i was able to upgrade to the cermic coated ones which i wasn't able to afford back in the day when i bought them. great experince with thier warranty service.... way bummed they don't produce these anymore under the thorley name.
  14. I'd give Greg @ PRG a call to see what he can do for you for UCA's a possible Coilover conversion. Tell him Steven from Rugged Rocks sent you.
  15. since we just had a member asking about aftermarket options for links, i thought i'd bump this again
  16. Thanks! I've been getting good feedback and so far it sounds like we should get enough preorders during the April pre-order window. but just a quick FYI, The exact johnny joints that will be used on the production links are the ones that i have been running on my truck since august of last year. the only difference in the links being that the ones that i'm running right now are longer (SAS & Long arm rear sus etc..) and i'm using weld in bungs on my truck unlike the CNC machined links that the production links will have. if anyone has questions feel free to pm me, e-mail me or even just give me a call.
  17. FUELER! looks like to were out in borrego! coyote canyon is always a cool run. I wouldn't worry about water in the breather from that crossing as long as you still have the breather hose connected.
  18. yeah i'd say 90% of people eventually get sucked into having one... regardless if it was cool or not... so keep 'em comming
  19. ha, all requests were just accepted. Keep 'em comming
