  1. They will be the stock length when adjusted all the way short. and you can lengthen them almost 4" They wouldn't be DOT approved. The 1.75"x.281 Wall is required for tapping the tube and fit the joints 1.25" shank (which is the biggest the option joints come in and is bigger than what most leading jeep suspension manufactures use, Rubicon Express etc..) without using weld in bungs. I've ran both types of tube and i haven't had any problems with either one.
  2. I would have to mark these as off-road use only. I'm working on getting a price. There are actually urethane bushings around the ball in the middle. Checkout the Johnny-Joint Video, it has lots of infomation on the joint. Johnny Joint Video and I have a few places not too far from here that can tap the tubing
  3. the D21 UCAs from Calmini do not have zerks, onyl the D22 ones do.
  4. It's been on my mind for probably about 8 months now to offer replacement rear links for both the WD21 and R50. These new links would use Johnny Joints which would allow your suspension to articulate much easier over the stock rubber bushings, also being that these trucks are starting to get up there in their years, replacing your factory stock links and beat up bushings with new links and rebuildable johnny joints doesn't sounds like a half bad idea. but i wanted to know what you think. whats a johnny joint? Johnny Joint Video
  5. I was originally thinking it would be for all SAS and fab regardless of what generation pathy you have.
  6. Awesome. I hope to see this section Filled with all kinds of cool stuff.
  7. cherokees are nice, yotas are cool, but.. just SAS a WD21, you'll love it.
  8. The calmini ones didn't used to, but from what i hear, they do now. I can double check on monday.
  9. there was a mount bracket kit to put the engine in as far as i know but the tranny needs to be swapped out too
  10. here ya go: http://ruggedrocksoffroad.com/superlift-up...997-p-3868.html
  11. not that i know of, you will most likely need to put that other tranny in as well.
  12. ha it'll sounds like a boat and power kinda sucks
  13. lompoc? ah, ok thats farther than i thought. i'm in fontana,
  14. Superior already makes 4340 Chromo shafts for the waggy 44.. I"m running them http://ruggedrocksoffroad.com/advanced_sea...o+wagoneer+ev48
  15. I havn't had ANY problems with the JJs and yeah i'm running a CV along with an Atlas T/C . Will post pics soon.
  16. I agree with that... and i won't argue that..
  17. Thats just way jim builds them, but now that i think about it, the other end is the custom end and it changes depending on whether or not you are running a CV-joint etc, since the CV is at the top, the other end will always uses a standard piece. which puts the slip yoke at the bottom,... which hasn't been a problem
  18. stock is 2.25, run 2.5 for optimal performance..
  19. there is only about an inch of spline showing. and i have a good 3.5 - 4" spline engagment. only about 2.5 is reqd This DS was custom made by JE Reel specifically for this truck.
  20. ha no worries, It's a long arm 4-link. the upper links are triangulated and the panhard bar is no longer needed.
  21. No Worries, did u talk to jon? did u tell them you were putting them on a nissan?
  22. there is no side to side movement. and it's not bad on the road at all. The roll center is up to where body roll isn't nearly as bad as it used to be. and it's doesn't squat much at acceleration either.
  23. I originally ran the Calmini UCAs with sway-a-way torsion bars and RS5000 shocks.. and i loved it. since you are going to do the whole kit, it'd be easiest if you just got the calmini 3" kit. and pismo beach...? here in cali? you should wheel with us!
