Hello again! After a few years of getting lost in the wonderful world of Ford Taurus SHO's, I have returned. My 1988 Pathfinder is not going to be with me much longer. But I did get a new daily driver. A 96 SE. Old WD21: New Daily: 228k Miles. 1 owner, clean title, maintained and garage kept its entire life. Runs perfectly. Needs some TLC. As for my WD21, she will be making her way to a scrap yard in June. Until then, if anyone needs parts off of her, message me. If you want the whole car, I was quoted $489 in Scrap for her, so pay that and she is yours. Located in Marion, NC. I will hopefully have the little things of TLC taken care of on my R50 soon. Primarily the Death wobble at 45mph. Glad to be back!

Texting and Driving is pointless... I watched someone next to me run into the back of another car cause she was texting. I think that manual transmissions are the way to go and should be a tax write off cause they are more fuel efficient!

Have some 2x4's Laying around to reinforce the cab cause you will be removing a main structure component so the sides dont fold or flex much... Beer and Power tools are bad news... Having a Fire extinguisher around never hurts... Make sure there are no electrical components running in the area you are cutting... If your dealing with electricity at all... remove the negative battery cable... Wouldn't believe how many problems come from this simple mistake...

This is in my 1992 Ford Taurus SHO: Last night (July 10th) about 11:30pm I got into a wreck with 2 cars. 1 was a Ford Contour and the other was an Ford E-series Van. Construction zone, 3 lane highway, I was in the left most lane, merging to the middle lane to avoid hitting cars that were stopping and ended up bumping the Van, he bumping the Contour. I was alert and aware of my surroundings, going slower than the speed limit, and driving appropriately. As I was braking hard my Brakes locked up and I slid into the van. My 92 MTX IS equipped with Anti-lock Brakes. Everyone is fine, my SHO had the front bumper ripped off and crack a little and the support system is cracked a little. I repaired it and it looks like it never happened except for the cracks and tilted head light. The van's rear bumper is bowed a little and the Contour has some paint scratches. Here is the kicker... the police were called, never showed up, waited an hour. In that hour, a fire truck, 2 state troopers, and 3 Police Car's passed by and didn't stop...wtf So aside from all this crap... My ABS failed...My brakes locked up and I slid into the car in front of me. On my test drive tonight around the block after repairing my bumper, the ABS light flickered, glowed, went out for about a minute, and repeated the process the whole time I was on the test drive. What in the world could it be? No dirt, cut wires, missing components or anything obvious that I can see. My biggest concern is fixing it and making it not happen again! Please help! Any advice would be nice! I figured that someone on here might be able to provide some advice as well!
