vengeful
Hamilton is roughly Midway between Niagara Falls and Toronto (if coming from Niagara to Tor, or vice versa.) Toronto is a wonderful city with lots to do (if you end up there check out the CN Tower and Second City Comedy Show...) If you end up in Niagara Falls (sans wife and want to let loose) the Sundowner is the best strip club on the east coast. All joking aside, Niagara is a nice town for an evening away from the family. Only about an hour from Hamilton, there are many bars and the casino is a great place to kill time. Not to mention that the falls themselves are gorgeous on the Canadian side. Oh, and Duty Free! Going to school in Western, NY has its advantages.
94extreme
well, i'll be coming from MI. not sure which entry point yet but there are only 3 but i am not going to Sault Ste. Marie pn the way there anyway.. probably skip the falls this time.. have been there before and would like to go by there again but i am gonna hold off on that one till my next NE coast trip.. might have to go check out Toronto.. looks like it would be a very nice drive by the lake.. Just a few stops on the way.

Filthy Luker
Go onto College St east of Bathurst St. in Toronto any night. Amazing bars, lot's of live music, party nevery stops. Try out Orbit Room (540 College St. West) as they have live music 7 days a week(10PM on). If that doesn't suit your fancy, try any one of the hundred's of bars in the area. As to wheeling.. Hmm..... If you feel like doing a day trip to Bobcageyon (named after the Tragically Hip song) which will be about 3.5 hours east of Hamilton, there are tons of trails there. Ranging from stock truck friendly to well... rockcrawler heaven. Also you can check out this trail, it's just outside of Hamilton: N43 14.186 W80 00.744 Martins Rd, fun short trail for a "couple" of rigs at a time. One section requires MT's and a bit of lift to get through when its nice and chewed up. Both directions are fun, dense trees, good for seeing deer. Couple of steep fun bits to play, and always a collection of water in the middle for splashing fun. A must to check out in October for colours. Really? Darn... I've been fooled! I'm ripping off my Tragically Hip posters off right now and burning their t-shirts and CDs. :furious: EDIT: Wait... so Canada is also NOT named after the bacon? Pezzy
lmfao@Luker... Maximus, you broke his heart, next thing youre gonna tell him - theres no Santa... that smit is just not called for!! MZ - too bad about Bob C, I really like that trail. I dont know of any trails on the west end, but its the closest one to me on the east side (besides crappy dune park) Tomatoes... not sure... I would think you can - only because my G-parents bring home oranges & fruit from FLA every year... but I know at the same time we cant bring fruit & veggies to the states...
