Danger
Soo, in the past few days I have noticed when I am making a hard right at low speeds there is a click or almost a pop from my right front wheel. My first thought was bearing, but it's not constant and not all the time. If I am sitting still and crank the wheel there is nothing. I'll probably take it to a shop tomorrow, but any ideas? Danger
I'll go check the boot for any rips, shy of that to check it I would have to take the axel off?
adamzan
Grease the steering stoppers on the control arms.
Kingman
If it does it at full lock and a bumpy turn, it's the steering stop rubbing against the metal control arm. Some grease and the problem is solved, or you can find and buy the original nylon caps that cover the stop. Over time they disintegrate.
Danger
Ok, I'll try that out. Is the front suspension something that should be changed out at a certain point or just fix as it needs to be?
918pathy
I had a similar issue, and it turned out to be my lower balljoint.
Precise1
Your best bet is to jack it up and see if anything is loose and anything loose is a problem. Strut rod bushing, ball joints, wheel bearings, cross member bolts, etc... B
unccpathfinder
If its cyclic and a slight click check the shims on ure brake pads...if they r cheap pads the glue melts and the shim will hit the hub
