Tungsten
I'm close by however I don't have a welder or the metal plates to weld in there. That is a common rust spot fixed by a simple welding of a plate in that spot.
Precise1
I'm sorry to hear, but you are supposed to look for the rust with a hammer, not your eyeballs. Especially since you know where and what to look for. Ok, now that we are here... 1) It sounds like this one isn't nearly as bad as the last so bonus there. 2) I'm close by however I don't have a welder or the metal plates to weld in there. That is a common rust spot fixed by a simple welding of a plate in that spot. To that I say http://weldingsupplynj.com/ http://www.hotfrog.com/Products/Welding-Equipment/NJ and http://www.thomasnet.com/southern-new-jersey/steel-service-centers-80132103-1.html Sounds like one has the need and $, the other willing and the equipment/supplies are available. Be sure to post pictures... B

RJSquirrel
consider looking around for a frame repair shop or body shop that can do the work. It's often not as expensive as you might think, and you'll get professional results, instead of just some amateur trying to learn on your rig before he does his own. Ask around at local mechanics or welding and fabrication shops and look for shops that focus on restoration rather than collision repair. Also, alot of good body guys and weldors will work on the weekends for cash, if you get my drift... You're not the first guy in NJ to ever end up with a rusted frame on his vehicle. This problem has been solved by someone living near you before. Look around before you give up.
silverton
just about had it with pathfinders. i love them but these frames are killing me It's not just pathfinders man, you live in a rust state, anything you buy is going to have rust issues. Good luck with whatever happens!

Alkorahil
i messaged max_striker and he said he is interested lets see what happens All you folks way up north always seem to have rust problems. We can tell when a vehicle has come from up there when it is brought into the shop here, its horrible underneath.
